I don't know the work, but am I right in guessing that it's purely an assumption that the characters are cisgender? If so then it shouldn't be stated as fact.

No they definitely are cisgendered in the game.

The trivia entry looks fine. I see no problem with it.

I would think that since the point of CDV is the differences between actor and role, fully specifying the aspects where they differ makes the mention relevant.

Seems reasonable to point out the characters are (assumed) cis, since the entire point of the trope is that they don't have the same identity as their actors. It's pertinent information, much in the same way it's necessary to point out the actors' identities.
