Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread

If Tighnari's line is fear for being arrested for insubordination and his voice actor becomes known for abuse, these just don't correlate and aren't an example.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupHowever, it may be valid if the voice actor is eventually arrested for this crime (similar to some examples on Drake & Josh about Drake Bell's arrest for child endangerment).
While some fans may wish to separate actor from the character, there may be some who can't, and some things a character says can remind people of the actor's later real-life crimes, which is what Harsher in Hindsight is for (when legitimate).
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.^ That's a valid answer. But the way it's worded comes off as wonky as best (the very obvious lack of spacing between the parenthesis and work name for example). I'm still considering snipping the example though.

/TW: abuse/SA mention/
It took me a lot longer to realize, and something I last expected to be misused, but back in December of last, this Genshin Impact example was added to the Video Game sub-page of Harsher:
Ignoring the fact that this is the only example of Genshin being added to that page at the (the game's YMMV page has a lot of In-Universe Harsher examples), this feels like misuse. While it's true that the line has been memed to death for darkly humorous purposes, if you take the line in context, it's more about him doing courses for the Forest Rangers without permission from the Akademiya and doing such would be considered "dissemination of information" according to Nari - while Gindi was fired for something similar ("breach of contract" according to MiHoYo), nothing from that line implied or insinuated that Tighnari used his power as a teacher to abuse his students (and hypothetically, it will be Out-of-Character for Nari since one of his patients and fellow comrades is a victim of abuse themselves). Furthermore, fans of the character have learned to separate the art from the artist and hate it when you associate that character with their now-disgraced voice actor. Seemingly the closest connection to Nari and his old VA is that the Dramatic Irony between their situations (Nari takes care of abused and disabled child who views him as a brother to her, while Gindi used his fame to abuse minors, some of whom had mental disabilities). I apologize if I may come off as a bit to insensitive in this post, I spent the majority of the day editing the character pages for Black★Rock Shooter.
