Yeah, that's just blatant vandalism, and a quick look at their edits reveals this isn't the first time. Also they seem to be responsible for this
bizarre monstrosity of a page about an ancient /tg thread. Seems to be like that page should be cutlisted and their edits on the FNAF pages reverted.
The literature page may be legit as it seems to be about a fictional story, can't really tell since the link leads to a page which is warned as being blatantly unsafe. If a working link could be found, maybe the page could be kept... Definitely revert the quotes.

Looking at the history, they admit that they did it because they thought that it would be funny. Also, is there a source for these quotes?

^^^ The story can be found on 1d4chan here. (Warning: link and site both very much NSFW.) I'm not sure if it's tropable as a work since unlike a /tg story such as Old Man Henderson, it's not a story of a campaign - it's just some guys' (ostensibly) true account of an awful roommate featuring a whole lot of nausea fuel. Seeing as the entire point of the story is basically just to gross you out, I'm not sure if it's within content guidelines or not, but I'll defer to others more knowledgeable than me on that.
Also, admitting to vandalism doesn't make it any more excusable.

Prest Otron has been tamperin’ Five Nights at Freddy's: First Generation, specifically the quotes. They changed them from in-game quotes to attacks on the FNAF fandom. Here is an example:
