A new episode of Pop Quiz Hotshot is up, this time The Big Lebowski-themed. And honestly, the episode suffers of it a bit, as a focus on one movie only proves itself to be quite dull. I liked Megan's Sam Elliott impression, though.

Just a person. He/him.I have no interest in the film, but it was more fun than I thought it was going to be. Probably a good idea to not do another theme episode for a while though. Megan was adorable.
I hope everyone saw The Big Lebowski! -_-
I did! Twice! But it was a lot more mean-spirited than I remembered it to be on my second viewing...
I sometimes wish that black taxi guy would suffer karma and get fired for kicking the Dude out over something as petty as disliking the Eagles. And then his boss would say that the driver's doctor called saying that he (the driver) has cancer and has 4 months to live...
And that Walter would pound the crap out of the fascist cop guy for mistreating Dude. And then the fascist cop then gets a call from his doctor saying he has cancer with 3 months to live...
EDIT: ...
...Sorry, maybe the whole cancer thing was a little too much. But man those guys make it hard for me to like this movie. As do Jackie Treehorn and his dumbass goons.

It's not a movie you're supposed to take as seriously as you're taking it. It's basically a cynical rollercoaster ride through the eyes of someone who just wants a rug.
On the episode itself: I totally can picture the Kirby from Sonic For Hire saying, "This is what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass!"
Huh, they doubled the grand prize. Wonder why. Not complaining, mind you, but that's curious.

Insert witty 'n clever quip here. They say in I think the final game rules that if someone loses, the money they could have won is added to the next episode's money.
I miss Paw. I should go back and watch Music Movies.
It's been a whole year since his last one. I figured he was busy with baby Grey but not that busy.

Motyka5 and Channel Awesome's New Talent:
Ask a Ninja is now part of the site.
Just a person. He/him.Ooh, I used to watch them. But there are hundreds of episodes of that series? How long will it take for them to upload their entire backlog??
So, I know this isn't directly related to Channel Awesome, but when watching videos there and on some other streaming venues, the mid-roll ads have stopped showing up for me. I'm not using any sort of ad-blocker, and ads at the start of videos show up fine, but I don't like the idea that I'm not giving people all the revenue I could when watching their videos. Any idea what's up?
if it's on Blip, Blip has stopped putting ads on a lot of stuff since they are closing.
New episode of Pop Quiz Hotshot is up
One of the contestants does an impression of Ed, and God, I can't help but admire his commitment to the bit. Doug's apparent lack of familiarity with the series makes it even funnier.
Just a person. He/him.He hit that really hard note of being both irritating but not so much that it ruins the whole thing. Ethan was fun as well, and Critic getting all frustrated should be tired but made me giggle this time.
Biggest laugh for me was:
"What movie had the line 'That's what I love about high school girls: I get older; they stay the same age'?"
"Twilight?"
The sixth episode of the game show is up.
This time, the contestants don't even bother with getting most of the answers right—especially David—which actually works. Gotta watch this Gone with the Wind set in Vietnam and directed by Stanley Kubrick.
Just a person. He/him.A few people are complaining about the contestants not getting the answers right, but I really don't mind. Rule of Funny works better here I think.

So according to Linkara, the reason for the delay in making the new layout for the TGWTG site was due to Maker buying out Blip. I guess that makes sense (I'd heard a lot of controversy about it during Lupa's sacking).
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?Yeah, Rest in digital peace, Blip!
"My light shall be the moon, and my path the ocean, my guide the morning star as I sail home to you...."Pop Quiz Hotshot, episode 7: Celebrity Edition!
This time, the contestants are Brad Jones and Uncle Yo, and they're both hilarious, as expected. The best moments:
- Brad's reaction—or a lack thereof—to a Spazzie cartoon.
- "No! Nobody remembers Demo Reel and you know it!''
- "You're the greatest Doug Two!"
My only issue is that it was hard to see the points.
Just a person. He/him.Yeah for some reason, with Brad not hosting, the game show really started to pick up! They're putting these out on a regular basis, the gimmick works now, and it's funny!
I was slightly confused at first because I didn't know whether Brad was hosting again (I'm told he's not), but that was a lot of fun. I can't imagine how would it be if this was the first thing you saw and you didn't get all the references though.
Rap Critic's "Worst Lyrics of July 2015". Only reason I'm posting this is because of the conclusion: "Penis Penis Penis". Yeah, I'm immature.
