What about that girl with glasses though? She's represented with a masculine sign, while Catherine is represented with the feminine sign of Venus I believe.
So like the previous tropers were saying, I don't think the rams represent Catherine. Maybe it's the girl with glasses? I know she's not a man (as far as we can tell) but she is represened by a sign associated with males.
"Without a fairy, you're not even a real man!" ~ Mido from Ocarina of TimeThe ram(it's actually goats, but close enough) relating to Lucifer is actually a hilarious(to me) case of flanderization.
Baphomet is a completely separate entity.
Umbran Climax◊Anyone else find that screenshot with the pizza to be Nausea Fuel? Something about it just looked wrong.

That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulYet nobody got mad a Chie's obsession with steak.
Umbran Climax◊Mainly because there wasn't a photo of her in a bikini with blood around her mouth.
Regarding glasses girl, Vincent shows up in P 3 P,and if you talk to him he mentions feeling guilty about cheating on his girlfriend. So she's probably the girlfriend.
You know, I didn't find that trailer creepy.
...
Must be a David Lynch binge I've been on.
Half-Life: Dual Nature, a crossover story of reasonably sized proportions.I am so conflicted about this. On the one hand, I hate Persona. On the other hand, I love Studio 4°C.

For some people that shot might be Fetish Fuel though.

Taking a break from FE1, for the FE8 draft insteadSome people, maybe. Given the overall tone of the trailer, though, I feel that Nausea Fuel was what the creators were going for.
The Danse Macabre Codex@feo : I certainly did. Blatant innuendo + food = instant Fetish Retardant for me.
^^^ Dat mouth.
I'm not taking off my pants for a forum meme. -Nornagest...I'm not sure what to think, myself. I really like the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series — actually, I think I've gotten most of Atlus' releases lately, and enjoyed all of them, and I'm chomping at the bit for Etrian Odyssey III... So I was excited to see that they're finally making a game for the PS 3 (and 360, too, it looks like).
But... this game seems so strange. And quite... adult? Maybe? I agree that it seems like Atlus' take on Silent Hill from the trailer, with a few Umineko No Naku Koro Ni vibes (probably because of the rams' eyes, brr), but how much can we trust that?
I guess I'll keep a wary eye out for news about this one for now, and see if it even gets to come out over here before deciding whether or not to get it.
What if the girl with the glasses is Mt F transsexual? That would explain her association with male symbols. Furthermore, Catherine is representation of Vincent's feelings of betrayal and anger at 'her' upon finding out the truth, as well as his perception of her as a woman before finding out. However, he still loves her, and all of his feelings for her collide and form his nightmare dream world.
Or Catherine is a demon taking advantage of him. Or maybe Vincent has gender identity issues, and Catherine and glasses girl are a representation of this. Or glasses girl is the manipulative demon.
Whatever it ends up being, I'm sure it'll be a riveting commentary on gender roles/identities and the natures and mechanics of relationships.
Maybe.
Well, at the very least, it makes for riveting speculation months before the bally game comes out.
What's wrong with starting now, eh? It looks weird enough that there's going to be plenty of speculation anyway.

Does it seem as if I have a problem with it?
Speculate away. Tease our brains.
Just means they made a damn good trailer.
i. hear. a. sound.I-Kun's theory (the first one, in any case) seems fairly sound to me. also, the woman with the glasses can be seen from the nose down at 1:28 in a rather ominous pose; this furthers my own theory that she may be a Yandere.
On the other hand, it could simply be an indication that she knows Vincent slept with Catherine, and simply disapproves (-20).

Okay, so I have very little knowledge in Japanese, but I think the girl with glasses at the end is saying something along the lines of "I absolutely won't forgive you." Or something.
Yandere material? Yes, indeed.
"Without a fairy, you're not even a real man!" ~ Mido from Ocarina of Time@Shale: HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU HATE PERSONA?!
Er...sorry.
Anyways, this looks interesting, to say the least. I'll be keeping an eye on it.

The rams made me think of Baphomet, but they actually looks more like Fomor now that I think about it. Fomor are Celtic giants of evil, and the Celts would go into battle naked so...maybe this is Vincent going into battle against his own evil?
Rams were also traditional animal sacrifices.
