I made it to 11 points before getting "Not a Complete Monster" at 19.

My favorite villain, Wodash Black got a 44. Expected something higher, but it goes (he was, after all, the character I explicetly built to be a Complete Monster).
My second favorite, Leviathan got a 38. Actually higher than I expected. Then again, maybe his Laughably Evil and Faux Affably Evil Deadpan Snarker nature made me consider him a more neutral guy.
Finally, the Sky Baron gets a 31. Surprisingly low considering he's a Expy for Josef Stalin.
