It's literally what the name is: a severed zombie's hand. It has pretty poor attacks, but it's good for bitch-slapping other zombies, if you like that.
Recommended usage instructions: hold the DMH, then wave back and forth at zombies while yelling, "WHY ARE YOU HITTING YOURSELVES?! WHY ARE YOU HITTING YOURSELVES?!" If your DMH is lost, just cut off a zombie's hand and use that. Easy!

A really tough steak, solid as the bricks used to cook it. It's unknown how did the steak become so hard, but one thing's for sure: you can use it for stabbing vampire's hearts. (geddit? steak/stake?)
