Ironically enough, two of my OCs ARE homeschooled people that got voted off first... Oops.
But to be fair, I did make one of them an intern down the road.

Just floating around...ALL OF MY YES
I'm loving Dave's design. And Max's... hairstyle.
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratoroH MY GOD YES
Most of the designs are sign-me-up-yes. I'm kind of weirded out by Dave's, though. He's, like, a Noah/Cody/Mike hybrid. And I was so convinced that Sky would be a brunette. Ah well, I'll get used to it.
Uhm, Max? He's... well, You Gotta Have Blue Hair, after all.
Don't listen to that guy! He's trying to lead you down the path of righteousness. I'm gonna lead you down the path that rocks.Hmm some of them look like they'd fit right in with a LARP game!
Sadly, it looks like many of these are simply recycled assets from past cast members.

I was so sure that Sky would be blonde! Damn it!
Max looks awesome. He really has a nice Mad Scientist look about him.
I don’t even know anymore. What if he shouts SCIENCE?
Just floating around...Sounds nice Gideoncrawler and it a different direction then expected, I saw your trope page but never really tried reading it. Will likely read it now
Apparently the US release for Pahkitew Island is May 27th! -squee-
Hopefully I won't be too busy with moving crap that day.

I don’t even know anymore.I'm just hoping the season brings the sour taste of All Stars out of our mouths.
Just floating around...May?! WHAT
My body is ready
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorMy body is so ready I could fucking die.
I don’t even know anymore. Then, at the Fresh TV Direct, they show off Feral Zeke as an Assist Trophy, and reveal Uzuri as a playable fighter.

Just floating around...DANG IT! I was so sure Feral Zeke would be playable!
Still, I guess there's hope for Classic Zeke, considering how much Sakurai loves retro characters...
what has this thread become
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorAnd tomorrow, Sakurai posts a close-up of Omelette sleeping.

Just floating around...Vikki adjusting her nose?
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorI think the only ones that wear decorations on their nose is Luka (Nose piercing), Danny (Septum piercing), Isaac, and Whitney. (bandages)
Just floating around...Meanwhile, all Kobold Necromancer would get is a stage. I only say that because the VR concept from TD Battlegrounds was surprisingly cool and could make for a good Pokemon Stadium-type level if this weren't Just for Fun.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatWhat about me, and Cragmiteblaster?
Just floating around...Not as familiar with your works.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatPossible Dictionary Reps: Maxwell, Tina, Isaac, Hannah, Omelette, and Vikki.
Possible Letterz Reps: Spider, Barney, Quana, Uzuri, Tabitha, Wallace
That good?
Still gotta talk about something until the new season is on.

Just floating around...We should add Luther as the Unexpected Character. He would dress up in different Pokemon costumes, and each costume gives him a different elemental property, kinda like Olimar's Pikmin.
I know I haven't even posted the fic yet, but I'm involved in the planning experience, so I totally deserve this one thing guys.
"And kung fu is a terrible way to run a company" - alliteratorEh, we'll allow it, if only for the Marth Debuted in "Smash Bros." rule.
CB Marth Debuted Rep: Lateef
BB Marth Debuted Rep: Abby
Just floating around...Sorry for the Double Post, but I have some bad news.
Pahkitew Island has been delayed until further notice...
Just floating around...
Since you asked, Bleddyn...
Not to toot my own horn (too much), but the feedback I’ve gotten on my story and its treatment of Ezekiel has been overwhelmingly positive, if you don’t mind an in-progress story with a long update cycle. The story is a Season 1 remake, so it’s not bound by canon events. It’s called The Legend of Total Drama Island. The tropes page has links to the story.
LTDI (as it’s usually abbreviated) takes Zeke in a different direction from the original. He’s still a sexist, because he wouldn’t be Ezekiel without that; but religiosity replaces social ineptness in his characterization because (a) social ineptness is a facet of the homeschooled stereotype that I consider unworthy of perpetuation; (b) most parents who homeschool their kids do so for religious reasons; and (c) Chris in the original described Zeke’s parents as “freaky prairie people”, which I interpret as code for “Bible thumpers”. (Not to mention that Ezekiel is a Biblical name.) He doesn’t go around spouting religious doctrine, but his beliefs do have some visible effects on his behavior. (Praying over a dead intern, for instance.)
Long story short, Zeke gets the second chance that he didn’t get in the original and has since become a fairly important character. For reasons too complex to go into here, Courtney takes him under her wing and tries to re-educate him to be acceptable to polite society. She and Duncan have something of a Good Angel, Bad Angel relationship with him.
LTDI’s tropes page currently has almost 400 tropes on the main page and another 100 on the Character page, and that’s not even counting the tropes that it merely inherited from the show, so you can see that it’s an elaborate story.

Bigotry in the name of inclusion is still bigotry.
