That's what he did to Abel, yes. But once Abel got the drop on him it seemed he was struggling. Perhaps Pyroduck's transformation takes a while to pull off.
Ehh. If you look carefully, Abel only landed one shot in the entire sequence. Like I said, from the earlier stuff, I got the strong impression that Abel wasn't anything exceptional as far as being a fighter goes. I'll readily admit to being wrong, but Abel's always been respectably agile, so this isn't terribly convincing for me.
Also, poor Gen
Stand corrected indeed. I'm having trouble following the fight scenes though (assuming they're to be read in some sequential order). Looks like Blue Terror taught CC well. Maybe a little too well: where'd Nite go? Did Abel punch him slam into outer space?

Millions of stars exist and I've the chance to reach at least one and when I do I'll have it shine brighter than all the rest.Pip's actions in the last panel all but confirmed my suspicions that Mab had Pyroduck taken away to allow this to happen. I hope this ends well despite knowing that ultimately it mostly will not.
Millions of stars exist and I've the chance to reach at least one and when I do I'll have it shine brighter than all the rest.Come to think of it, based on that sound effect in the first panel, it seems Genesis is going to end up flashing everybody again...
Is it the sharp teeth, her enthusiatic disposition to an upcoming fight, the tail-swaying and the manic smile, or that I, for some strange reason that perplexes me, now desire peanut butter.
Millions of stars exist and I've the chance to reach at least one and when I do I'll have it shine brighter than all the rest.FYI, Dan did kill DP once before on panel, suffering near fatal wounds in the process.
Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. — George S. PattonThe what?!?!?!??? Merlitz got bridge dropped?
At least Larry D called part of it. I stand corrected.
"And as long as a sack of shit is not a good thing to be, chivalry will never die."OH SHIT.
But......
Millions of stars exist and I've the chance to reach at least one and when I do I'll have it shine brighter than all the rest.OK, the BOB (Blunt Object Brigade) think Merlitz has been murdered. I remember the axiom "don't count someone dead unless you've examined the body, and even then you can be wrong." Especially applies to Literature, we even have a trope on it. Actually, we have a lot of tropes that could apply, Bus Crash (this situation taken at face value), Disney Death, Not Quite Dead, Never Found the Body and Back from the Dead.

Millions of stars exist and I've the chance to reach at least one and when I do I'll have it shine brighter than all the rest. This feels almost worse. It's like a series of bad feelings. I mean first bad feeling, the idiots attempt to murder Alexsi, then we find out Merlitz might have been murdered, and then this hilarious scene.
I get it, punchline a page but uh... yeah, there is something that can be said for say, atmosphere, delicacy, timing, mood, and TOO SOON!

Being a dragon, a quick transform solves most problems. If the problem doesn't run away, you can always sit on them...
Seriously though, whatever violent tendencies he might have inherited, I think being brought up by the Oracles kind of stymied them. Doesn't stop him being innately useful in a fight, though (again, sodding giant dragon): probably how he survives quite happily in Twink Territories, that.
