I've thought of a stand, called [Clocks]. It works on the principle that it works on making actions happen in the reverse order. By touching an object or person, it allows the history of said object or person to be seen as far back as the user allows. It projects said past events as a movie or slideshow.

on-topic, i've been trying to think of a powerset for Stands called Boom Boom Satellite and Million Monsters Attack.

I know several of us have previously come up with stand ideas and shared them in this thread. There was a crowner to vote for them.
Huh. I don't remember when, but it seems that crowner was rebooted.
I'll add Material Girl for it since, hey, why not? Only thing is I've never been entirely clear on how Stand power rankings work. Though given its nature it's probably comparable to Cinderella.
EDIT: Added it. I gave it low power (outside of a potential One-Hit Kill it doesn't really do much direct damage), high speed (it can literally tailor clothes onto an unwary person), and average precision (after all, it's making the person fit ITS image, not the other way around)

As a fan of Daft Punk and Part 5, I really wanted to create a Stand for a possible Giorno (possibly female). Here it is:
[Revolution 909]: can generate "revolutions", making things orbit around it or other things. Yes, tailor-made in case our protagonist comes across the Spin again. And it can also explain the crazy curly hair (maybe an Ojou Hair for a female?) :P
I wanted to expand it to "cycles", maybe even in an abstract sense, but it could become too OP (reserved for a Requiem or some infusion from a mastered Spin, like Tusk).
... And that's called jazz!

I've only ever come up with one solid Stand, "Material Girl". Clothing created by this Stand will force the user to change to accommodate it. So, imagine fighting this person and then their Stand throws a muumuu on you, or shrinks you by trying to force you into something that would otherwise be too tight. A Gender Bender via Sailor Fuku, or forces a Fountain of Youth by putting you in something intended for a much younger person, like a bib or a japanese kindergarten/gradeschooler hat.
