I learned that kicking with your bad leg against a stand will make you explode. I also learned that I got a feeling so complicated.

Nah that's just the Jotaro punch. Makes a blood fountain.
- Shitty ending!
- Stardust Crusaders has a shitty ending!
- Cuz DIO kicked with his bad leg!

Moral of the story: Kick with you bad leg and your head explodes. Kick with your bad leg on steroidsnote and your upper body explodes.
Remember OVA Dio having a good voice for the most part despite not going over-the-top like most will hope? His voice actor was not really a voice actor, he was some buisness guy... Well, that makes his effort a bit more impressive.
Also Jorge Joestar is insane, it's the writer argued with Araki at some point and he was like "I will show you a real Bizarre Adventure! 36 Cars IN SPAAAAACEE!!!"

As in JP DIO?
Yup, the japenese one, who went with "evil in a subdued manner" voice for the most part. Will defenitely give A for effort at least.

Yeah. His was...an odd take on DIO really.
Kinda wish Kaneto Shiozawa voiced DIO for more than the Super Famicom game and its advert though.
OVA DIO's voice will honestly work much better for any other vampire villain, DIO... not that very much, he does a good job but there is that missing touch due to how the character is.
I honestly prefered DIO's voice from Heritage from The Future to that, he had the best MUDA!!

Anyone rememebr when Hikari Midorikawa voiced Dio?
Too bad he was in the Phantom Blood film that even Araki disliked. They had the same company who worked on the OVA but not exactly the same director and other folks.
Double post but just for fun: If Part 4 will not be produced by David Production and will switch studios around for different parts like in the Hellsing Ultimate OVA's, which would you pick?

Studio TRIGGER. Like, duh. Bunch of mad genuises there.
Also Studio SHAFT. But maybe we should save those for Jojolion's extreme weirdness?
Above all, keep MADHOUSE and TOEI away from it.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.Is Madhouse that bad? Granted, I only saw thier work on Hellsing Ultimate which was pretty good.
i second the Trigger nomination, but don't see how Mad House would be a bad choice. they also released Redline and, i believe, Summer Wars.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.Looked them up. I'm conflicted. They did Trigun, but they also did X...
They're doing One Punch Man, but they did X...
And now I've concluded the Phantom Blood arc.
Gotta say, though, I'm kind of sad that they didn't keep the FOTNS reference from the manga ("Tarkus! Before I'm done, there won't be one bone of you left in this world!"). ...sorry, that was just one of my absolute favorite lines in the Phantom Blood manga.
Although back in the first episode, the anime dub did give us the equally epic "I'm going to beat you until you cry like a baby! DIIIIOOOOOO!!!!!!"
...wait, I just realized. By method of common voice actors and an Incredibly Lame Pun, Ichigo and Rukia's grandson is Numbuh One.
What is X?

<gasp>
I JUST REALIZED THAT JOSEPH WAS READING A BAOH COMIC <squee>
Madhouse make sleek, shiny, overproduced, boring garbage. Thankfully One Punch Man is a great concept, but they still managed to overanimate the shit out of that episode. They have no sense of creating spectacle by dosing effort precisely where it counts.
Trigger is the opposite; with shit budget, they can create breathtaking masterpieces. With a huge budget, they still make a great effort.
Hell, even with basically zero budget, they can keep you entertained, YEART!

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.If there's one thing they learned from Gainax, it's how to conserve a budget.
I'm not sure how they'll approach DIU, though. Gurren Lagann'snote fourth episode was Off-Model, and Kill la Kill's had pretty choppy animation. That doesn't sound good for Part 4. Maybe I'm in a Mista kind of mood.
Why the hell does Jotaro in Part 6 looks like how he would naturally look in Part 3 for his age at the time? What started as Younger Than They Look became Older Than They Look
Goddamnit Araki, I know your absurdly yourtul face pretty much stayed the same because you are probably a Pillar Man or some shit but still.
Also, it would be really hilarious if there was a joke "Jojo on Steroids" mode in Eyes of Heaven where we get the OVA looks

More "Original Character" stuff◊
Place your bets:
- Jesus
- Super Dio
- Diotaro
- Speedwagon Mark IV
- Duwang
- OVA DIO without steroids
- Araki

Kenshiro Jotaro.
I actually really like part two.
You mean there's JJBA characters who aren't pumped full of steroids? It's a wonder that the bloodline didn't die with Jonathan, honestly.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.
What have you learned over a great deal of time?
