Well, 4th is okay. I prefer 3.5 to be honest, but that's just moi.

Also found my old collection of DOS games today. Nostalgia...!

Hope you weren't expecting anything witty here. Maybe some day.

Heh, so I was fooling around on spotify when I noticed they have several songs by The Jesus And Mary Chain mistakenly credited to the separate, non-existent artists Mary Chain and The Jesus.

I'm actually kind of pleasantly surprised that Abraham Lincoln wasn't all that annoyed by the Warners.

More Em Tee Jee shit.

Why're my half-Red decks always so wimpy? :/ Granted, they're poopdecks (Har har), but the other deck left over just about always curbstomps it. Rakdos < Selesnya; Izzet < Golgari (but not as much so); Gruul < Orzhov. I think it's because Red has no healz. If I got some Boros cards, maybe I could make a Red poopdeck with healz. The other would have to go back to Golgari, which is is fine, because the Golgari kicked some righteous ass.

On hiatus for a week.

I have to work on school (gonna finish the trimester strong and turn a C into an A), piano practicing (recital coming up), and then, if I have time, catch up on (in ascending order of importance) Gunnerkrigg Court, watching MLP s3 with little sister, and playing with little sister in a way that may or may not involve the following: legoes, cardboard boxes shaped into a toolbooth, jacks, tinkertoy robots, and book forts.

I guess I have to turn in my troper cred; because I've stopped procrastinating; see you guys in March!

[up] @Sig: In the context of repairs/hospital stays, it would depend on what form you were in at the time of the crash, and whether or not you transformed after the fact. In the context of getting sued out of house and home, it'd be the auto insurance that mattered (assuming, of course, that you were the one driving in either case). If you were in car form and someone else was driving, it'd depend on whether or not and to what extent you had control.

(Took Intro to Legalese a couple semesters ago; it's kinda like math, y'know?)

Huh. It's a lot more complicated an answer than I usually get. Interesting, though.

Well, we can't all be rules lawyers. tongue Really, there ain't nothing that isn't more complicated than it looks; in comparison, precious few things are actually simpler than they look. I think that question is one of them, though.
