I truncated this thread as it was mostly people being dumb enough to take troll bait from here forward. Wake up, please.

That he deleted a few dozen posts about somebody complaining about the moderation here.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.Is it possible to be Forum-banned for consistently bad grammar?
Probably.
The pages in this thread are a bit messed up now.
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more! Why on Earth would that be a bannable offense?
Anyway, if it's not in the forum rules it's not a bannable offense.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....It's possible to be edit banned for bad grammar though.
Fight smart, not fair. But that's on the wiki. Not the forum.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Argh. I fixed the thread title before my eyes started bleeding. Can't believe it took that long.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"...What did it say before?
Heapers’ HangoutAt least it wasn't missing the C and the other I, too.
I support banning of offal. And I apologize for the irrelevance of this post.

But soft! What rock through yonder window breaks? It is a brick! And Juliet is out cold. While I don't particularly like Mr/s. Human's rather condescending tone, I too would like to know why the Google Ban has superseded regular forum bans and the like. Just out of curiosity of course, I don't plan on being banned any time soon (or ever, for that matter).
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....We still do hand out more standard bans than Google bans, and almost all Google bans are for trolls.
Something to thing about: if someone shoots another person, is the right response to take away their right to own a gun?
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.If it's not self defense.
Fight smart, not fair. No, 'cause there's other ways to kill people than with a gun. Thus prison.

It might be interesting to see if there's a correlation between people who think Google bans are too harsh and people who hate the death penalty . . .
Anyway, they're supposed to be a deterrent. If you're really naughty, not only do you lose the ability to be naughty any more (edit or post, as the case may be), but you even lose the ability to read. It's the sort of things that exists for the special kind of person who doesn't actually give a damn about editing and only uses it to vandalize pages when he's bored.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.Google bans are more likely to be noticed. They are far less common than simple edit or forum bans.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Hm. I guess.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....So it's like Vocal Minority and Silent Majority then?
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!Yep. Exactly like that.

I would say that you were skirting the "Don't leave rude edit reasons" myself. Rommel held five different commands in WWII; four of them were tank commands. Only the last one was a mixed command, and it was relatively tank-heavy. He was not an Infantry commander who liked tanks; he was a tank commander who successfully adopted and adapted Infantry tactics.
