Well, Kaneki's doomed. Dude's father is literally the North Wind and protective.

Since he hunts dinosaurs as a job, I assume he's not used fighting against human-sized, stealthy opponents (Yes, plural) with long-range attacks. UMP45 has good odds in this case.

I know nothing about you avatar but bigby wolf ha fought (major spoiler warning!) the woodsman from red riding hood, Grendel from Beowulf and the jersey devil and finally Bloody Mary. Also until the second fight with Bloody Mary he never used his true form meaning throught the whole game Bigby was holding back!
