I was planning to lift Roach's personality from a fan-fic I'm writing (Even if I haven't posted a chapter in about three months

- Personality: Indigo prime Is an organisation that takes care of inter-dimensional stability from a Hypothetical nullzone outside the mainframe at which every event in time and space transects at this point. Max Winwood is a seamster,tailors of the space/time fabric. His job is to keep the timestream functioning properly eliminating any rogue anomalies.

Can you describe his abilities a bit more? I mean, can he just freeze time, or can he manipulate the fabric of the spacetime continum and travel backwards/forwards through time?

the best way to describe it is cut copy and paste. Hes a seamster but instead of sewing thread he sews up time. He can remove or cut something from time. Copy it which he famously did (well famous to those who read the story he comes from) at the end to deal with the main villian he copied a cannibal budgie and created thousands of the exact same budgie and he can paste things as well.

Personally, I fear that such a power could be abused, really. Just copy and paste something deadly in large amounts, and BAM! You've won the fight.
You could also telefrag someone by copy and pasting an object into vital organs.

His power does not work like that he is an agent of indigo prime and thus can only use his power either doing his job or in really bad situations. Basically if he abuses his power such as doing the whole cut and paste something in your belly and explode you thing he would be fired from indigo prime and you usually leave that place with a bullet in your brain.
So yeah in his job deus weight 4 but because of the limits set outside his job just bordering under 2 in the power scale
