I'm not really sure what to think of this trailer, except that I'm definitely interested.

Yes, I will end up watching this even though it will probably suck.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for action girls, fan-service, special effects, and Rule of Cool.

I don't want to trust Zack Snyder after Dawn of the Dead, Watchmen and 300...but this looks crazy. I guess I'm begrudgingly optimistic.

Zack Snyder's stuff has actually been really good so far, stylistically. Yes, he operates almost solely on Rule of Cool, but he does it much better than hacks like Michael Bay or Paul Anderson. I mean, his stuff looks great, and is usually fun.

This looks like a combination of Bitch Slap, Reign Of Fire, Showgirls, and, I don't know, Drag Me To Hell? I'll be there.

Yes! I love Zack Snyder's stuff for the most part, so this is definitely going to launch to the top of my see list next year.

Am I the only one who thought of Illidan Stormrage when I saw the "You will be...unprepared" line?

Honestly, it looks like it has too many oddball elements (western-style dragons, samurai, zepplins, Giant Mecha, pole dancing? What.) to really appeal to me. Over-the-top action is nice, but I dislike Excuse Plots...So Yeah.

My inner 13 year old thinks that it sounds awesome, but I don't know. It looks a bit all over the place.

Snyder officially won me over with Watchmen. I'm so there.

I will see this in my living room. With a few good friends and some cheap liquor. So we can laugh at the Narm, comment on the hot booty, cheer at the explosions and generally behave like mutants.

See, I might be the opposite of this. I think Watchmen is fantastic, but that Dawn Of The Dead and 300 are terrible.  * I'll have to wait and see how this one is received.

It looks cool, but the way that pretty much all the women in it seem to have been played for Fetish Fuel has me sort of iffy. Women can kick butt without dressing like someone from the cover of a trashy novel, you know?

But I'll keep an eye on what people think when it comes out.

Apparently, Vannessa Hudgens is one of the female leads. In regards to the female cast, Snyder said that he did the all-male cast with 300, so he's doing the opposite in this movie.

Looks like Zach Snyder watched The Spirit and Ninja Assassin a lot. Not interested.

I loved both of those films. And I think Zack Snyder is an awesome director. But what really seals the deal for me is the mix of tropes and settings that are part of pretty much every action film.

Oh, and Abbie Cornish with an SMG. XD

It will be lucky to outgross Legend of the Guardians. Hollywood usually doesn't like female-oriented action films without Angelina Jolie or Milla Jovovich (it's slightly below non-comedic animation, ala Legend of the Guardians).

My god, it's like a Live Action Anime.
It's been done before.

But 300 and Watchmen were live-action comicbooks, so live-action anime makes sense for Mr Snyder.
