Drakyndra is a former TV Tropes lurker who realised she probably ought to actually become a member when she had to continually refrain from referring to tropes when talking to her English Lecturer. I am shortly about to start a course to become an English teacher, so who knows where it will end.
You may know her from such fandoms as Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Star Wars and absolutely anything by Terry Pratchett, Jasper Fforde or Douglas Adams. Jim Butcher is also rather nifty.
She has recently (for certain values of recent) gotten into Anime and Manga (Full Metal Alchemist, Princess Tutu, Code Geass and many, many, many many others. Oh, just read the list

If you want to see her Squee like a crazy person, her current favourite characters of extreme AWESOMENESS are Martha Jones and Jaime Reyes. And Vash, the poor darling.
