Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

Cool! In my case I meant a combination of brown and another colour. Me for example, my eyes are sorta blue/green, but with a brown ring in the middle. That kind of hazel.
Everybody's all "Jerry's old and feeble" till they see him run down a skyscraper and hijack a helicopter mid-flight.I always wanted to try their magnified versions: Yule logs. :)
Speaking of sweet stuff, I can't believe I almost forgot how good gummy worms are. ^_^;;

I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Random thoughts? Here goes.
Can an idea have merit regardless of who says it?
Sheesh, who'd have thought looking up a map of the Big Island of Hawaii could cause so much trouble?
Context: I was looking up a map of the Island, and it made Firefox stop working twice. x_x

I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue. As long it's a good idea of course
New theme music also a boxI haven't seen this picture in a while and I still think it's cute and sweet. :)
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue. Is adultery really a crime? I mean, a legal crime?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. It's a really shitty thing to do,but it's not against the law
but really it depends on the country

New theme music also a boxCurrently reading Tobias Drake's stuff on Fimfiction. Halfway through Surprise Party and two chapters from finishing A Single Point of Failure.
Going to review his stuff, might as well fuckin' read it.
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. As I understand it, adultery is marital infidelity while fornication is just sex with someone you're not married to. I think you can find places where either is illegal, but the former is more common. It's at least legal grounds for divorce.
Fresh-eyed movie blogfredhot: in the US military adultery is a crime according to the UCMJ. AS in, soldiers that cheat on spouse can actually get reduced in rank and have pay reduced for a period for it.
In other news, had a weird yet realistic dream last night. I was on a college campus and minding my own business (I think in the dream I was jamming to some Liv Sin) and some girl came up to me and was flirting with me. I was annoyed because I was quite enjoying the quiet of not socializing. Then she sat on my lap to keep flirting and I said "get the fuck off me and get the fuck away from me".
It's realistic because I think I'd react that exact same way. As I age I find I'm becoming more reclusive and somewhat anti social.
I think reacting that way to someone sitting on your lap without your consent is perfectly normal and acceptable.
Let me sum it up: why do you want me to hate you, Cartoon Network? I don't want to hate you. Please, just stop making me hate you.

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Cartoon Network and I have already signed the papers. You two are still sticking with it though. Just don't be fooled into ending that trial separation early when they bring out the movie of the old Cartoon Cartoon or Boomerang.
Look with century eyes... With our backs to the arch And the wreck of our kind We will stare straight ahead For the rest of our livesI once had a dream where an old crush tried to jump on me while I was out of town visiting a current crush. I consciously refused to let that happen, and the dream dissolved.
Fresh-eyed movie blogThis thunderstorm that just rolled in is very appropriate for the part that I'm writing.
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Isn't it bothersome when you can't find that telephone number you need?
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Why is the country western-themed song from the Tenchi Muyo! soundtrack so dang catchy? >.<
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Ah, it is so satisfying to finally buy the DOOM soundtrack and just... revel in its awesome sauce.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...So, it seems Chester Bennington is dead. He committed suicide. He was 41 years old. That's way too young to die. I feel sorry for fans of Linkin Park. R.I.P

Can anybody point to any other war then WW 2 where you could definitely say that there's a good side?
Or, at the very least, you could definitely say that there's a bad side?

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position.Depends on all the philosophical diatribe needed to define a given side as "bad guys", really. imo Possibly Genghis Khan's hordes' invasions of europe and far east, mostly because of their reputation, either that or the norse raids in the dark ages for basically the same reason if not more so.
If Socrates was still around in our time, he would probably cause thermonuclear flamewars by just standing around.
Have mercy on poor 'chan, servers would crash by his mere lurking.

I think my favorite chocolate treat would be Swiss rolls. I really like Swiss rolls for some reason.
