Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

What's the fun in found footage films if everything can be seen clearly barring complete darkness?
That did crack me up
I have disagreed with her a lot, but comparing her to republicans and propagandists of dictatorships is really low. - An idiot~Keybreak - one of the biggest reasons is to just let them goof off so they don't end up too highly strung. It's common policy in some areas to have students taken on trips for a day simply to let them unwind and not associate teachers solely with pain.
"Did you expect somebody else?"Well, just as long as they don't give the kids Chinese energy drinks for some reason.

I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.I don't care what it is, whatever it is, I want to see it clearly.
That's why I prefer Marvel Cinematic Universe movies over likes of, say, Transformers series. I want to see my action, damn it.
(Exception goes to Paul Greenglass movies, because the director actually knows how to make shaky cam work)

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. They are. But the supernatural, by its nature, distorts and blurs and sometimes completely erases anything that tries to document it. Science and magic are incompatible — one cancels out the other. That's why Reptilian shapeshifters appear perfectly human when you look at them, but their true nature is revealed on film; it's why vampires don't have reflections.
At least, that's how I'm gonna explain it to my players if I ever GM a game of Monster Of The Week.
"We're home, Chewie."I was writing something and I came super close to trying to pothole it. Tv Tropes has officialy ruined my life.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonI keep getting Kirby and Kyubey mixed up

Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Well my life has been gone for about 10 months then.
I was about to pothole into Kansas City Shuffle on my essay about Lord of the Flies. Good thing I didn't. And then again with Humans Are the Real Monsters, but I stopped myself again.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." -Thomas EdisonHas anyone made an adaptation of The Wizard of Oz set in Australia yet?
"We're home, Chewie."Why wou- Oh.
That would be fitting.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Am I too late to get on the Digimon hype train? Because I am super hyped for it!
Blog linkThat riff hit me right into the nostalgia organ.
I, out of muscle memory, use potholing/Wiki Words/other tvt syntax in emails/ffn reviews/word SO MUCH

I know people who have managed to convince an entire group of flunkies to think that someone is a bad person. Why? Because the 'bad person' scored better on a test than the flunkie leader. Considering that the flunk-king is an only child, it doesn't surprise me that he takes competition the way he does. And this is the smart kids we're talking about here.

Famous last words of many a kerbal: MOAR BOOSTERS!!!Ah, people Wiki Word in one of the Unofficial, Not Really Even Tangentially Related to, Tvtropes. It's kinda... annoying.
My finger was about to hit the key for the "[" sign until I realized that I was writing on word. On an important essay. In class. I'm sure it won't be the last time that happens.

why do you want to know? Just asking.

I love Digimon, I really do, I still need to like... Rewatch it all, in subs or something.
Tamers is my favorite but I love Adventures a lot too.
I have a thing just for that random thought.

It is funny, if I may say so myself.
