I played "You only live once" there once.
Really, just once.

Level 33 here. The forums there are terrible and moronic to an astounding degree.

Level 31.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...Glad I have not looked at the forums to hard then.
Darn, I am not the highest lvl here, I am only 42. Not a developer and have not invited other people, so the only way I lvl is through the badges. And I only have one of those Impossible ones...

Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Same, not a developer.
Upon checking, turns out I have 11 Impossibles. Weirdly despite my Touhou obsession I haven't gotten the one for Frantic yet (I always botch something stupid around boss 8 or 9). I was like one level away from the Meat Boy map pack too, but that last level they make you do is unbefuckinglievable.
The forums are mostly tards, yeah. Rather amusing to see people desperately try to defend garbage like Sacred Seasons though.

I only have 2 Impossibles: The one Epic Battle Fantasy 2 (Complete on hardest difficulty), and the one from Sonny 2 (Defeat the Bonus Boss in Zone 7).
I still can't believe I earned the former. Even though I did it without getting a game over, I could easily see how luck-based it could get. Also, bad idea not having a save function after every fight.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...Neither of those either. I'm stonewalled at the worm in Battle Fantasy, and the City Council in Sonny.
Oh god, the worm...I recall that fight being a pain, but I forget the specifics. EBF3's sandworm isn't as difficult (at least on Normal), and is thankfully optional.
This guide might be useful for the Council.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...Oddly enough, the one I have is the Meat Boy (original) one
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!I know I have to store up a limit break beforehand to kill the worm's tentacle on the first turn or someone gets oneshot by the big worm and the other person gets redzoned by the tentacle. Thank goodness it's vulnerable to poison, which basically means slap it on and then turtle.
I've already looked through that guide for Sonny (and used it to get to that point!), it's mostly a matter of Roald being able to focus fire properly after changing targets, which he doesn't bloody do. Also it doesn't mention the shields fully regenerate in the time it takes to redzone one, and mumblemumble
I'm trying to respec to a more offensive build for that to see how it can work.

I didn't use that guide until after Zone 5. I followed this Youtube user for the main game.
And the last third of Epic Battle Fantasy 2 seems the most luck-based IIRC, particularly in the bone dragons fight and Final Boss.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...I don't even want to think about Lance. I had enough problems with Lance on Normal.
Only thing I can think of to pull against him is holing up until he pulls a nuke, then Re-Lifing myself and just ignoring it.
I do find it hilarious that Battle Fantasy 3 changed his costume from Nazi to Allied though.

I think he gains an ion laser on the harder difficulties. I recall that he used it a few times on my run.
And the third game has his Nazi uniform, but you have to find them in a chest (or two?), I think. Probably in either the Ruins or the Volcano.
Troper page Nothing interesting here, move along...I play other games on Kogregate, like Elona Shooter and some Tower Defense.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!I'm a level 8 player. Mostly tower defence and adventure/RPG games, but sometimes shooters.
Unrelated note: someone should make a page for Zombies Took My Daughter.
Not a member, but I go here whenever someone links something good. Among other things, this is where I found I Fell in Love With the Majesty of Colors.
That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulNearly Level 14. My collection of badges mainly consist of easies and mediums. I just don't have the stamina or skill for some of these harder ones. Right now, I'm trying to get all the trophies in Pixel Purge so I get the last badge.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectThe one trophy I had trouble with was the King Shield. It comes out at about level 22. The best combo for surviving that long that I found was lvl 3-4 spread and speed followed by max regain with a couple of lvls in the attack+ stats as well. The other things you can improve don't help nearly as much.
All this talk about the second Sonny game made me realize I never did finish the 1st one... until now Still have the bonus bosses to kill.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!I just kind of saw the King Shield while going for the platinum score, and I was like hey, cool
^Useful.
I don't know what the wave calculator is like, but it could use some tweaking. I found around lvl 25 to be easier than around lvl 20 while using the strat I mentioned above. It did get harder again, but I had just gotten the remaining trophies and decided to just die at that point. Not sure how long I could have lasted.

Deathonabun here, level 16.
And you guys should play Giraffe Attack. It's awesome. No badges, but still awesome.
Or hell, any game by Jtmb02. He makes weird games. About elephants.

Who here plays games on Kongregate? I have been on that site for a while now, but have not gotten into the forums there like I have here. AKA: I have not been talking about the games I play and figure that I am more likely to discuss them here.
What do people think of the current top month/week games?
