Someone should try doing 63 of Dragon Ball. Hot Amazon factor everywhere.
Nothing about Blame would change at all. I can't think of a single thing that would be different. Except for one character being quasi-pregnant.

IJBM lives on here! Sign up!Is there a male version of Azumanga Daioh or a cross gender flip of Cowboy Bebop? That might actually be pretty interesting.
^The Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei is just as weird as I imagined it would be. I wouldn't be surprised if they actually did it for the show, too.

You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Oh hai thar, genderswapped Orihara siblings (danbooru image). Kinda amused that both twins are aping Kasuka's hairstyles — which makes a lot of sense when you consider that the genderflip would probably do absolutely nothing to their Kasuka Heiwajima fangirlboyism.

Gundam Wing! Because I think the stoic characters would be more interesting as girls. At least, I like the idea of a show with girl characters who act like the Gundam pilots in that series.

Oh God, genderbent Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. That would add another layer of "screwed upness" to already screwed up premise. It could end as Dude Not Funny or become even more awesome, but I wouldnt mind watching it.
Speaking about Rule 63, I consider genderbent One Piece strangely◊alluring◊.
Has a compulsive editing and re-editing disorder.I quite like the idea of genderbent SZS.
^^If you are going to bring up Rule 63!One Piece, you have to link the official image from the Q&A◊.
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Genderswapped Berserk. I still haven't found an example of it. And I'm sad.
^ You just blew up my mind
Has a compulsive editing and re-editing disorder.Genderswapped Ouran High School Host Club, Excel Saga, or Cowboy Bebop would be rather interesting.
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about. But wouldn't Ouran just be your regular harem anime, in that case?
I'd like to see Excel 63'd, though. If Ilpallazzo is, too.

For some reason I picture genderswapped Excel with a stubble while Hyatt fits the Bishounen archetype perfectly.
^^ Nanoha: Holy shit. The Gar....
^^^ ....that will be my new mental image for Aondeug.
Excel is a boisterous Bruiser whilst Hyatt is a Bishōnen ill boy. But. What is Lady Pallazo like?

Il Palazzo is pretty busty and his trademark costume is rearranged to be a sort of Noblewoman Villainess/Baroness kind of dress.
Well, that's at least how I imagine him/her.
^ Or Pillazo would be silver haired maleficent without the green skin and horns.
Watch SymphogearGender Swap Death Note. Knew it existed somewhere online! [1]
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.Rule 63 Sakura looks like.. Sakura in a different outfit.
Figured we might get some laughs out of this. Any got an anime and manga you think might be even funnier Gender Bent and Rule 63'd? *
Personally, I've heard good things about Haruki, just because of the hilarious Double Standard. And the male version of K-On! looks pretty promising (although I can only imagine that video games would be the standardized male equivalent to cake).
