The only Miyazaki movie I've seen is Spirited Away

I think the number 8 is cute.

It indeed is most adorable! ^_^

For years, the only Myazaki movie i had watched was Ponyo.

I've since watched half of Howls Moving Castle, all of Spirited Away, and half of Kikis Delivery Service

I havê watched Spirited Away, Ponyo, Howl's Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke.

I should buy more Miyazaki movies. I feel kind of inadequate just having The Castle of Cagliostro and Spirited Away. ^_^;;

I got a digital copy of Ponyo on a flash drive somewhere i think, but otherwise I've only seen them when someone else brings them somewhere. One of my friends owns every Miyazaki movie, and the ones we watch are always his copies, so i should probably borrow some of the others sometime.

Yeah, that's probably a good idea.

My sister is similarly a big fan of his, but she prefers downloading than later deleting it rather than buying it.

Hey, don't feel bad! I watched twice as many móveis of his as you did but due to my infamously terrible memory I remember almost nothing of them.

I haven't seen anything Miyazaki.

The Miyazaki film I want to see most is Spirited Away.

I'd recommend Kiki's Delivery Service. You've stated in the past that you've had trouble with Willing Suspension of Disbelief, correct? I have too, and one of the reasons I love Kiki is because it's so down-to-earth and believable. But it also manages to be adorable, pretty, and interesting. It's basically a slice-of-life movie, with a little bit of a Coming of Age Story in it.

While we're on the topic: the only Miyazaki film I've seen is My Neighbor Totoro.

I've gotten a lot better at suspension of disbelief lately. One of my co-workers is a Miyazaki fan and has recommended a lot of his stuff.

A couple weeks ago, I saw a lady in line at McDonald's who had a My Neighbor Totoro handbag.

I saw Totoro in Toy Story 3, that count?

I always find it hard to take the X-Men seriously just because most mutations that happen are not beneficial - so it seems awkward to me there'd be an entire race of mutants like that.

In fairness, "Mutant" as a word has a different meaning in the Marvel Universe than in the real world.

I'd rather not we the world in a black and white morality.

I love making lists of retail locations. Where they currently and formerly had locations in at least my home state of Michigan and maybe elsewhere. You want to know where every former KFC was in Detroit? I have all the ones I've found. Including that one on Grand River that has sat vacant since 1981.

American Horror Story: Coven freaks me out.

Hearing babies cry in movies freaks me out (Specially if they are the only ones in the room at the time). I know they are just actors and that few movies have killed babies on-screen but I simply cannot handle it.

I think at one occasion, I was watching Part 1 of The Krotons on good old Hulu. I attempted to kiss the television screen at the end of the episode!
