I wish that they could have kept making the Batman show from the 90s with that noir vibe (I really dislike new-style animation, even if the stories are better)

I agree, it's like primo in style and maybe its my nostalgia-filter, but I feel like that style fits my idea of Batman better than anything else. Although there were some JLU cuts in the same style that I also enjoyed.

Yep, I think that's my next confession. I'm an animation snob. some shows/animes I just didn't get into because I didn't like the style of the art.

#48755: I just never had any exposure to him growing up. Mom says she took me to one of the movies when I was very young, but I don't remember it. No one I knew growing up ever watched any action/superhero cartoons. For instance, I didn't even know Gargoyles existed until maybe 8 years ago tops.

It's not your nostalgia, I hadn't seen that show until a few years ago.

I hadn't heard of Gargoyles until I started watching Nostalgia Critic.

I remember having a Gargoyles Game Boy game as a kid, so I'm pretty sure I watched the show then, but I can't remember anything from it.

I watched Gargoyles on Toon Disney.

Actually, come to think of it, I might have gotten that game as a gift and never played it.

I find myself glad that Cover Girl is now having somebody other than Katy Perry for their commercials.

I like Attack on Titan's English dub. I know, it's a controversial opinion, but I actually don't think it's a bad dub. Though the only reason I watched it is because there are a couple of voice actors in there I like. (Matthew Mercer, Bryce Papenbrook, Patrick Seitz, etc.)

Then again, this is the girl who likes the original Yu-Gi-Oh's dub because of DAN GREEN.

I lost my account for a while after the changes last week. Yikes.

I go into lots of things completely spoiled about some of the most pivotal points of a work. I really really want to get into Silent Hill 2 and I know everything about the big twist. Reading Jojo, I knew the more "memetic" moments since the first arc, as well as which characters bit it hard. I'm playing Earthbound and I know about the scary meanie that lies in the end of things, etc.

I worry that I'm dampening my own experience doing so, but it has become habit.

My taste in tunes is the musical equivalent of a fast food junkie's. I can listen to anything.

Last...Is that, easily, my fatal flaw is complacency, which is kind of disgusting.

I thought that Clone High was a kid's show that aired on Cartoon Network. Then I happened to go on the show's TV Tropes page just now and realized just how wrong I was.

While it's normal to enjoy an illustrated medium (animation, comics, etc.) if you find it visually appealing, I sometimes take it a step further: I will enjoy that work even further if I find at least one character physically attractive.

I like Superfriends!Batman more than the Batman we have now.

You might like Batman: The Brave and the Bold if that's the case.

After prolonged hours of watching an anime with great art, when returning to the world of "real" people, the "real" people disgust me and my mind sees them as 'ugly'.
