-thumps cane on floor-
Here here, though I can't seem to think of any examples at the moment for some reason. Once I get my brain working again I probably throw out some literature suggestions.

Let God do His work, we will see to ours. Bring in the candles.Yep, definitely seems tropable. As soon as I can come up with an example, I'll add it post-haste.
Locking you up on radar since '09You seem to have gotten all the ones I can think of.
Video games will have it's own page before long
I'm baaaaaaackAlso, that Redtails movie looks quite interesting, although I can tell that it probably won't remain too true to real life in terms of the machines.
Locking you up on radar since '09I wish I could see that Buccaneer low-level flying video that the external thread talks about. The RAF loved showing the USAF up at those things.
Right now I have a FAA Buccaneer as my desktop background on many of my desktops. Shame they're no longer in service; glad some survive, even so.
A brighter future for a darker age.By the way, anyone seen the Haynes Manual for the F-4 Phantom?
It focuses on the British Phantoms, and appears to be Quite Interesting.
By the way, the page on the Battle Of Britain film needs some work.

Keep Rolling OnME-262 Flies again.
I think it is replica actually. Either way it is awesome.
Who watches the watchmen?Very nice. That's one of the replicas that American company's building, powered by Learjet engines, I think.
Another thing I hope will show up at Flying Legends one day. Preferably when I'm there too.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineThat awesome, the paint looks accurate too.
I'm baaaaaaackSo I visited a model shop today, as it had been a while since I last ventured in one, and noticed something rather glaring. Or rather, the absence of a thing.
Every model kit for a German WW 2 plane was lacking a swastika from the tailplane both on the box art and in the sheet of decals within, except for one Japanese brand that simply applied a black box, making its absence even worse.
Now, this sort of thing really hacks me off. Yes, it's a swastika that represents something rather nasty. But it's completely inauthentic when trying to put together a historically accurate kit. I get that they might be thinking of the German market, where the symbol is banned completely, but it still pisses me off. And what annoys me all the more is that I think it must be a recent thing because I distinctly remember putting German warbirds together before and carefully applying a swastika to the tailplane.

With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars.Do they have Replica Meteors?
Who watches the watchmen?Swastikas are utterly banned here (Germany), so it might be market concerns. I'm pretty sure there are brands that there are brands which include them though, or manufacturers that offer supplementary decal sheets. What I find funny about this is that just about anywhere else in Europe, that's absolutely no concern. Saw a French pilot flying a replica Fw 190 at an airshow, complete with swastika and all, at a British military vehicle show, there was reenactors running around in full Waffen-SS gear. No matter. Us on the other hand...
I guess there's enough left of those that no one's considered making any, though most airworthy aircraft seem to be trainers.

A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineGermany and Poland ban all forms of Nazi iconography, with the exception of "works of art" — while the German posters for Inglourious Basterds had the swastikas removed, the Nazi symbols all still show up in the German vision of the film itself.
As far as I know, no other country imposes any bans on imagery associated with the Third Reich.
EDIT: Here are all the symbols banned by the German denazification law.

They banned Othala and the Celtic Cross? Wow, because indiscriminate banning of religious symbols is totally, like, not characteristic of Nazis at all.
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'I am cross because it is affecting model kits not sold in Germany. It is also affecting any Second World War era (original or replica) German plane, like that 262 Tuefel linked to.

With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars.Yeah, I see what you mean.
I kinda like the look of the Bo 105, but the other ones aren't exactly pretty sights.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineI kind of like them, although they're on the "lardy" end of the scale.
Locking you up on radar since '09They're the almost-standard Police Helicopter in the UK, though.
Anyhow, I much prefer the look of the Eurocopter Dauphin. Now, that is a much better looking machine.
Keep Rolling OnWe don't have police helicopters up here. Well, they have one down in Strathclyde, but that's it. We do use Eurocopters for the air ambulances which, unlike their English counterparts, are actually owned and operated by the ambulance service.
Of course, in my neck of the woods we also live with the constant roar of the EC 225s (aka Super Pumas) that they use for the oilfield ferry flights.

'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'I'm beginning to think I'm permanently stuck in the 1960s-1970s, since I'll always prefer the Westland Scout.
Let God do His work, we will see to ours. Bring in the candles. The Westland is a interesting looking bird. I liked the look of both other helicopters as well.
Who watches the watchmen?
I also support making that a trope.
