When the Big Bad in LHP is first introduced, it is by trying to lure one of the protagonists to his side. He takes him to his lair and tries to convince him with promises of unparalled magical power...By doing a musical number. It's only a few panels long gag (the other protagonists are coming to save him and are talking about how he must be in grave danger, and it cuts to a panel of the Big Bad singing a song that's a parody of "friend like me" from Disney's Aladin), but it's a pretty weird and silly thing.
Happens twice in my yet-unnamed Alternate History World War Two.
Two comedy reliefs, during a Breather Episode, non-lethally hijack an Imperial/Nazi coalition destroyer. They tape themselves dancing to "Boats n' Hoes" on the deck, and send it to the local Axis HQ, where the former personnel of the ship were busy trying to explain themselves on how they got thrown off the ship by two idiots with toy guns.
During a long trek in China, one of the aforementioned comedy reliefs starts a parody of 'A Girl Worth Fighting For', using Baby Got Back
In the Style of Gilbert and Sullivan. It temporarily turns into a musical, complete with stage directions, until the Mood Whiplash.
Two-bit blockhead
During a conversation, one character pulls a small, snarling hairy creature from his backpack. Never stopping the conversation, he gives it a weird look and lets it run off. It never shows up again.

Here is mine.
The protagonist leaps into a book that has an alternate reality inside where he runs through a huge cemetery where a bunch of worm monsters wearing clown masks blast out of the graves, and attack. Nathan leaps on to a magic powered train and a chase scene ensues, including in it the two villains who followed him into the book: a guy who dresses up as celebrities daily and uses magic tops to battle, and a cannibal who controls animal shadows. What results is an Enemy Mine, alongside an Action Girl against figures that resemble walking cave paintings which fire antimatter beams from their mouths, but that's not a violation of physics because the bookverse does not have any laws of physics.
