This is the thread we use to talk things over with people who have received a suspension notice. A lot of the time the notice goes out just so we can explain how seriously we take certain things, not because we want the person to feel bad and go away.
If you're suspended, give What to Do If You Are Suspended a read, then post here to begin your appeal. We try to respond to appeals in order via batch posts every few days. If a moderator has responded to your appeal, you will receive a notification in your private messages, even if you're suspended from PMs.

Don'ts
- Don't be rude. Rule 1 applies here, too.
- Don't try to negotiate your suspension outside of this thread, such as by sending Private Messages to moderators or posting elsewhere. Such activity may be thumped or otherwise removed, and may warrant an additional suspension block if it keeps happening. All communications have to take place within this thread.
- Don't respond to other suspended users. This is a place for you to discuss your suspension, not others'.
- Don't post multiple times about your appeal if it hasn't been a few days since your last reply from us, since it makes it more difficult to compose responses. If you've posted, we're likely looking at it, and kindly request you to be more patient.
- Don't make another account to try and get around your suspension. This is called ban evasion and will get you bounced. (Again, read What to Do If You Are Suspended if you don't know what these words mean.)

Fierce Artist: You seem to have a bit of an issue with Repair Dont Respond. You also readded an example of Villain Sue I removed on YMMV.Naruto for constantly causing Edit Wars. In cases like these, you must remember the Rule Of Cautious Editing Judgement. If you understand these issues, you can edit again.
RG: You are here because of an Edit War on Neon Genesis Evangelion. Edit Warring is not allowed, and when a moderator tells you to stop (in this case Willbyr) it means stop, not continue edit warring.

Ban lifted. Your best bet if you want to continue the discussion is to take it up in either the Evangelion or Utena threads in the Anime and Manga forum.
It would appear that I have been edit banned. Although I am uncertain of the reasons, I presume that this has to do with the Headscratchers-page of Mass Effect 3, and my unfruitful attempts to stop an increasingly inane yea/nay-style debate of the Synthesis ending. Being originally a participant, it would have been a faux pas for me to delete the entire thing at the point I realized that it was going nowhere, so I invited deletion from a third party on the page. Apparently this was a bannable offense.
If I am explained the proper procedure under such circumstances, I promise to adhere to it from hereon.

You were banned for two reasons:
- Edit warring on YMMV.Mass Effect 3, after the entry in question was taken to the discussion page.
- Engaging in Thread Mode on Headscratchers.Mass Effect 3 and getting personal in your debate. When called into account for the latter, you admitted that you were deliberately breaking the rules in order to use the mods as your Big Stick.
Together, that suggests a disregard for the rules that we need to talk about.
As to the proper procedure for a Headscratchers page, if you find yourself entering a debate you want out of, you can simply walk away. Or take it to discussion in order to work things out so that the entire entry can be editted/removed to be accurate.

On the former matter, I moved to discussion as soon as I saw the notice; I simply didn't see it immediately. As for the latter, the guidelines are, to say the least, unclear. Under the circumstances I would have preferred means to contact a third party, preferrably a mod, to clean out the debate. I dislike seeing those debates filling up Headscratchers pages, and knew that someone else would step in my place if I didn't try something to stop the whole thing.
I understand that my approach was not the best possible one, but my goal was simply to be rid of an increasingly inane thread of rambling, and since I had already made the mistake of answering in it, I didn't consider appropriate to simply delete it. I very much prefer a civil, ordered wiki, as well, and did what I thought best to reach that state under the circumstances.

There are multiple ways to contact a mod - Ask The Tropers, flagging the pagem or Know The Staff being the easiest. A search for "contact a mod" pulls up a thread with a link to the latter as the first result. The tool to flag a page is on every page on the wiki.
The fact that your plan was apparently "make a mess until a mod happens to see it" doesn't impress me much.

My editing privileges were suspended. I guess it's because deleted all of the Hot Consort Real Life examples, despite it not having a 2:1 majority. I'm sorry, I didn't pay enough attention to the rules.

As said, my methods were not the best possible, but under the circumstances I was already multitasking on several other affairs, and just wanted the whole deal over with. In the future I will use the intended means to contact the mods if a similar situation occurs. Nevertheless, at no point did I act out of malicious intent, but simply to avoid further pointless clutter to the wiki. Still, I apologise for my poor choice of actions under the circumstances.

@Lightice: All right, I'm lifting your editing ban. You might want to look over TV Tropes Customs or the other Adminstrivia pages. Keep in mind that third chances are pretty rare.
@Random Chaos: I would point you at Headscratchers.Brawl In The Family and Bacon Addiction. Both those edits had to be fixed by other editors. You are not restricting yourself only to the sandbox and your troper page, and you haven't done anything to improve your grammar. I see no reason to trust you with editing privileges.

As I said, I did not pay enough attention to the rules. I didn't realize that I should launch a crowner first. I mentioned the thing on the forum, nobody responded, so I thought nobody objects - I didn't notice that someone created a crowner and the 2:1 majority wasn't reached. This was stupid of me and I apologize. I will be more careful in the future, given the opportunity.

I won't visit any page which is explicitly in the Harry Potter section or that I know has offended me to the point of aggression in the past, and I won't start any Edit Wars or make any inflammatory comments. That's really all I can do. But I have changed since then, and learned that sometimes the best way to deal with something that you don't like is to ignore it.
