Regardless of the context, Gothel's expression doesn't portray affection.

There are images that have better quality and indicate the affection aspect by the recipient's expression, etc.

1.5. 1.2 is a close second but the text in 1.5 does a good job (joke unintended) of portraying the "affection" part.

1.1 and 1.3 shows neither character being affectionate as either the giver or receiver, while 1.4 shows only one side.

Agreed, either 1.2 or 1.5. In the rest, affection from the 'patter' isn't as clear.

I thought her reaction in 1.4 indicated that she's on the receiving end of an affectionate gesture. But I like 1.4 as well.

I prefer 1.2 myself. It's more concise, getting the point across without any dialogue.
