Fanart used without permission and might have possibly been for sale at one point based on the link to the artist's website in the caption.

I don't have any suggestions but there is a contact form on the website. I'd use it but it requires a full name and email.

3.2 is the clearest I think, even with the distracting SCP label it's better than the others.
