Play with That Trope

This is a game based on Playing with a Trope. A troper posts a trope (can be any trope, as long ss you can play with it) then the next user plays with it in any of the possible ways of Playing with a Trope. To avoid confusion they must also say how they played with the trope. Example:

Troper A: Heel–Face Turn

Troper B: Exaggerated: Emperor Evulz goes from an Omnicidal Maniac to an Incorruptible Pure Pureness.

Disney Villain Death

Troper C: Downplayed: Evulz falls off the skyscraper but doesn't die: he just breaks his leg.

Jerk with a Heart of Jerk

And so on.

Let's start: Twice Shy

Exaggerated: Bob and Alice, on a date, stay completely frozen in place. They don't even eat their food, they just stand there like statutes. Not a single word is uttered, the only words spoken being those of the people around them.

Epic Rocking

Inverted: A band makes a song that is very short, up to 30 seconds long.

Brown Note

Straight: People who look at the face of the god Alice becomes immobile as a statue.

Match Cut

Subverted: It looks like the scene cuts to a new shot, but it was just the character testing their camouflage.

Book Ends

The story loops over and over and over again!

Dramatic Wind

Downplayed; a few gushes happen to add to the drama, but it's not sustained.

Horse of a Different Color

x4: Straight uses technically aren't playing with a trope.

Exaggerated: Everyone replaces horses with different kinds of animals, from cows, bulls, pigs to even tigers.

Inverted: Bob looks like he's cutting bread, but in reality he's mutilating a corpse.

A.I. Breaker

Exaggerated: The Pelmee spell can cause any opponent's A.I to completely break, rendering the opponent helpless to do anything. In fact, the spell can also break the final boss' A.I too!

Subverted: Alice looks like she's spanking little Bobby, but actually, she was trying to snap him out of being brainwashed.

Deconstructed: Mr. Egg Hole Used to Be a Sweet Kid, but due to his experience of being backstabbed by his friends one too many times, he becomes tired of being treated as a useless lowlife and opts to overinflate his ego instead...all in an attempt to get his former friends to treat him better while hiding his own insecurities.

Inverted: In Bob's country, unarmed fighting is the norm. Bob has no skills in it and always uses firearms in a fight.

Lighter and Softer

Subverted. Bob 2: Adventure With Rainbows looks to be this, with Bob travelling to a world of cuddles and unicorns, until a rainbow shoots Alice in the head, killing her.

Slippy-Slidey Ice World

Deconstructed: While Cryoville is cold and snowy with ice for water bodies, the citizens living there had to live with endless cold from the low air temperatures, while some had to leave the place and live in somewhere else warmer. People skating there also have a higher risk of slipping and falling should they make the wrong step.
