I forgot to move wicks from Supermarioglitchy4s Super Mario 64 Bloopers to the new page before cutlisting. Now I feel dumb.

Since there's over 400 wicks to move, I put the redirect back for now.

Should this be inserted into the bulletin about the other two namespaces?

No, there should be a new bulletin.

80 pages left to move, and I've already moved examples of Halo, Minecraft, Super Smash Bros and Team Fortress 2 machinimas under their respective FanWorks/ tabs.

Use this list for reference. There are a lot of redirects and I believe we cut these after they're dewicked.

Some of the dewicked redirects had their cut list requests declined despite the namespace being deprecated.

Well, yeah, deprecating a namespace does not imply that all redirects in it are suddenly fair game. Especially when they are from one title to another, not just one namespace to another.

My concern was that despite the auto-disambiguation, they still have over 1k inbounds. Those who have been renamed and having over a hundred inbounds would also be a poor choice from my perspective.

I'd say they should be cut no matter how many inbounds they've accumulated. We should get rid of unused namespaces completely. It'll help with configuring them in the future and make navigation on the wiki/article count easier.

For cases of a different title, I do at least point towards a link to the new page. Also cutlisted a few works with unsatisfactory examples. Down to 20 now, then the "fun" bit with the dewicking.

I prefer linking the current page location in the cut reason.

I tried like three times to post a bulletin about this and data vampires kept eating parts of it, but one's up now.

All entries have been moved to a different namespace. I will get to dewicking pretty soon.

The big ones in particular include Freeman's Mind, Red vs. Blue (and its associated arcs) and Supermarioglitchy4s Super Mario 64 Bloopers. In the meantime, I'm starting small and on whatever pages are linked, I replace every instance of Machinima/.

Hey Graf, what do you think about these four? Web Animation or Web Video?

Ascension Academy and Dream Shorts look to be WebVideo/. I could put in Bashbots as Web Animation but it appears to be a modded game mode for Garry's Mod made especially for the series (which could fit Web Video). Good question. I'd be inclined to say Stalker would be Web Animation since it involves using the in-game camera, but I'm not overly certain.

Just finished Clear Skies and CPU Championship Series. Do I send all 0-wick redirects to the Cut List?

If the namespace is deprecated and as I understand should be empty, so I see no reason to keep redirects. If they have inbounds just put "page moved to..." in cut reasons.

Okay, all of them but the ones that need dewicking are in the Cut List now.

Speaking of, Civil Protection is done too.

And now two works remain for wick migration, and they're the bolded works on my last post.

It seems the cut request for Machinima.Final Fantasy VII Machinabridged was declined.
