So Bad, It's Horrible is one of the more flame-bait-y parts of the site, so a cleanup thread is needed to ensure that works aren't added simply because someone doesn't like them.
If you want to list a work under this, keep the following in mind:
- The work must have very few fans or defenders (both genuine and ironic). It should fail to appeal to any type of audience.
- Being offensive in its subject matter isn't enough.
- It isn't horrible just because a certain critic disliked it, though their reviews can be used as sources and citations.
- The work should have notably poor reviews (e.g., less than 3/10 on IMDb, or single digit scores on Rotten Tomatoes)
- Please be polite while writing and as much as possible, avoid falling into Complaining About Shows You Don't Like. Instead, focus on explaining why the work is horrible.

Would Bethesda's 2019 E3 presentation qualify as Horrible? There were a few interesting announcements (Ghostwire Tokyo, Wolfenstein Youngblood, and Deathloop), but reception seems almost universally negative due to focusing mostly on mobile games, Downloadable Content for the Snark Bait Fallout 76, and having no information on Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield.
From what I heard the FO 76 announcement made a lot of people warm up to the game, so I don't think it's that bad.
The Protomen enhanced my life.If there are a few interesting announcements, I'd say that the conference doesn't count as So Bad, It's Horrible because having a few interesting announcements heavily implies it's still appealing to some.
I think the few interesting announcements move it out of this reaction. Also, when it come to something as contentious as Bethesda's current state, we should probably wait a little while to see if people are still mad about it in a little while.
On a different note, I feel like Horrible. The King Of Hate lists basically everything Dark Syde Phil has ever done, which even for someone like him seems a bit over the top
Absolute destiny... apeachalypse?Ew, that sounds like complaining. Doesn't he have fans that would make these entries moot?
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!I see several Sink Holes to No Real Life Examples, Please! tropes on DSP's page, including two cases accusing him of crossing the Moral Event Horizon.
I mean, every horrible thing has SOME fans. My problem is that I think this goes too far (and gets dangerously close to troping real life in places)
Absolute destiny... apeachalypse?Horrible.Web Comics, Horrible.Lets Play, and Horrible.Other have the real-life troping problem too.

The Protomen enhanced my life.@DSP: The So Bad It's Horrible page for DSP is absolutely redundant due to how infamous his let's plays are. I would recommend cutting that page.
MB Pending | MB Drafts | MB DatesHonestly, having an entire Horrible subpage for DSP that lists nearly every LP he’s done is redundant when there’s already a Dethroning Moment of Suck subpage for him. I suggest either condensing his page into one entry on the Lets Play subpage and cutting the DSP subpage or nuking the entire DSP subpage altogether.
I vote for giving Phil one entry about his entire oeuvre on the Let's Play subpage
Absolute destiny... apeachalypse?I mean, someone could create SoBadItsHorrible.Real Life and Horrible.Real Life at any point... let's not risk it.
Contains 20% less fat than the leading value brand!I tried placing the page on the cutlist, but it was rejected.
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”I don't think we should cutlist Horrible. The King Of Hate. Much like the Transformers franchise, he's got enough downright terrible content that I'd say he really does deserve his own page.
That said, however, I can't say I'd be against cutting examples that are deemed to run afoul of the rules.

Then why not give him an entry on the main page?
“Now! Let us engage in the art of deduction!”My issue with that comparison is that the Horrible.Transformers page was made since the franchise had so many entries across several mediums. In contrast, the Horrible. The King Of Hate page is just listing tons of works in the same medium by the same creator that all have similar complaints.

I agree that the entire DSP page could probably be compressed to a few bullet points listing "he often makes unfunny jokes at inappropriate moments", and "he makes several extremely blatant mistakes, blames the game for them, and insults its developers and fans". There's no point in listing every single time these issues pop up beyond rubbing it in that people hate him and possible sneaking in some Real Life examples.
Even ignoring all the rants against people rather than their works, Horrible.Lets Play's criteria is confusing. A lot of examples mention the Let's Playe being bad at video games or otherwise not playing the game "right". Being good at a game isn't necessary to do Let's Plays. Some people are just bad at games.
Yeah, the entire “Other Videos” folder on the Horrible. The King Of Hate subpage are either flat-out real life examples or web video entries, both of which are off-limits on So Bad, It's Horrible. That needs to be nuked ASAP.
I'm still unconvinced the Transformers Horrible subpage makes sense. While they may technically be from the same franchise, there's really very little in common between a badly designed toy and a badly written comic (or whatever). I'm not sure I see why they're grouped instead of just on the various medium subpages.

Strongly agree. At least with The King of Hate, we have the justification that if all this content was on the same page, it would take up too much space. Transformers would have its examples spread out across multiple pages, so this problem doesn't exist.
Maybe we ought to send Horrible.Lets Play to the Permanent Red Link Club just like we did to the Fanfic and Web Original pages.
I’m personally apprehensive about putting Horrible.Lets Play on the Permanent Red Link Club. Permanently cutting and locking a Horrible page is a last resort for when all attempts at containing edit wars and flame wars have failed. Having read the Horrible Fan Fiction and Web Original pages via the Wayback Machine (as well as the Fan Film page when it was still up), those pages were in a significantly worse state than the Let’s Play page is now. If the Creator Bashing and edit wars get out of control on Horrible.Lets Play, then I’d support cutting it.
Horrible. The King Of Hate got cut, though the examples didn't actually get moved.
Here's the latest archive, in case you need access to the examples.
Honestly, the description reads more like a So Bad, It's Good writeup.
