  • in common:
    • both are object heads– more specifically, circular white heads (though Joe has a visible gradient)
    • both are sharply dressed
    • their names both start with J (barring "Gradient" in Joe's full name)

    • Jack can talk, Joe can't
    • while Joe was elected mayor once, he likely didn't have a long run, rendering him jobless. Jack, on the other hand, is a CEO of a restaurant named after him

1. Both can be quite smart, for Maxwell it's especially when an adjective is applied.

[down] Sorry for late answer, forgot about this thread for a moment, anyway... (PS2) Nishiki and Capcom from my old webcomic:

In common:

  • Both are skilled fighters
  • Both are Japanese
  • Both have dark hair

Not in common:

  • Nishiki is a regular human, Capcom is a personified game company
  • Capcom would not heavily insult her rival while fighting him (though she and Namco are very much friendly rivals)
  • Capcom has not actually appeared in an actual video game

  • Both wear dark colors.
  • Both are characters originating from Japanese works.
  • Both are initially set up as antagonists against the main character.

  • Piers is not even villainous at all and is a genuine Nice Guy who actually helps the player later on. To say Muzan is a reprehensible monster would be an understatement...
  • Piers is just a regular human, Muzan is the first demon of his work.
  • Piers has a sister, Muzan hasn't been confirmed to have any siblings.

Differences:

  • Bimbo's less... Well-mannered(?) than Mickey, as he attempt to steal a chicken at the beginning of the cartoon this avvies was taken from (Swing, You Sinners!), something Mickey would probably be hesitant to do.

  • Bimbo is a character from the Fleischers, Mickey is a character from Disney.

  • Bimbo is implied to die at the end of the cartoon he stars in (With how he's eaten by that giant skeleton), and it's onscreen. I don't think there's an episode of Mickey Mouse (2013) when Mickey is ever killed onscreen.

  • In common:
    • Both are Nintendo bosses.
    • Both are King Mooks.
    • Both have sharp teeth.
  • Not in common:
    • K. Rool is the Final Boss of his games, and as such is always encountered in a normal playthrough. Tedhaun is a Secret Boss who has to be unlocked.
    • Tedhaun is a wizardlike ghost, so he's presumably magical. K. Rool has not used magic in any of the games yet.
    • K. Rool has appeared in an animated series, while Tedhaun hasn't.

Similarities:

  • Both of their source material can be accessed on the Internet.
  • Both of them are associated with something round in shape (the God's halo and the foundation's symbol)
  • In a general sense, both of them have access to some kind of cosmic/otherwordly power (The God has supernatural power of combining elements together, and the foundation are full otherworldly abnormalities.

Differences:

  • Doodle God refers to one specific individual, while the SCP foundation consists of many researchers and doctors, and a lots of abnormalities too.
  • Doodle God can combine elements together, and as for the foundation, they don't have that kind of power, or at least it is not what they are mostly known for.
  • Doodle God is from a game, while SCP Foundation is a website.

  • in common:
    • both want to make people smile
    • both are bitter about their past (well, in Springbonnie's case, William Afton would be the bitter one since he died in the suit)
    • both are considered charming in-universe and out of universe
  • NOT in common:
    • Springbonnie is from an indie horror series, while Airi is from a mobile game created by Sega
    • Airi dislikes cats, as she's allergic. Springbonnie… has no canonical opinion on them
    • uhh.. Springbonnie (when not possessed by Afton) is non-binary, while Airi is female
