Needs Help: Radar.The Little Mermaid

Due to how big The Little Mermaid's Radar page is, I'm actually pretty surprised that there's no image for it. There's a few parts from the movie you could use. I've got a few images that could work. I'll post them in the thread. Tell me what you think of them.

First of all, wrong order. Namespace goes first. I'll fix the title.

Second of all, if you have suggestions, it would be preferred if you post them as you make your opening post, not after the thread's opened. I'll open so you can present them or someone can present their ideas, but think of this as a reminder for the future.

Ok, thanks. I'm sorry about that.I'm still pretty new to TV Tropes, so I don't know all the ropes yet.I'm embarassed to say I'm actually not sure how to post images in the thread. I have a few ideas for possible images for the Radar page with thoughts for why I think these could work,but also possible downsides.

Actually, I feel like I made a mistake. In hindsight, it doesn't look like The Little Mermaid radar page could have a page image that works.It feels like the images would either turn out potentially NSFW, or be too nonindicative.In addition, I've already failed several times trying to upload images properly (among other things, I thought "note" was the same as "quote"so I accidently wrote down the dumb image quote jokes there,although later I just put notes down so I could glance at it and remember what it even was) and I don't think the images I managed to sorta upload meet site qualifications for an actual page image,and I think atleast one of them might have been edited in a questionable and kinda creepy Youtube video.Overall, this seems like too much of a hassle and a rather pointless endeavor.I'm sorry for wasting everyone's time. Thank you for your help,and again, sorry for my incompetence and stupidity.

On a somewhat related note, I feel like I have some issues I need to work out,and trying to contribute to TV Tropes just made me do more dumb stuff instead of actually contribute that much of anything.So I don't think I'm gonna be on this site much anymore.Feel free to delete any of my edits and images as you see fit,although I hope I managed to contribute atleast a few positive things to the site.Again, thank you for your help,and I'm sorry for my stupidity and incompetence. I wish you luck in all your future endeavors.

There's also this shot◊ where she breeches the surface after getting legs and is naked.

That's not visible in that shot, though.

I didn't mention the "It looks like she's having an orgasm" part because that was what I was getting at. Whether she's naked or not is kind of secondary, imo.

Neither 17 nor 18 are Getting Crap Past the Radar, since they are confirmed by Word of God to be Accidental Innuendo instead. This trope has to be deliberate, not accidental.

Ok, I'm back for now. I'm still going through some trouble,and still feel like I should stay off TV Tropes, but I wanted to atleast contribute something to this thing I started. So here are the main ideas I had for a radar image, as well as reasons for why I was ashamed and thought they wouldn't work. First is this screencap that shows Ariel's human butt being exposed as she swims out of Ursula's lair, showing off a rather pronounced,curvy rear for a family movie in addition to a visible buttcrack. Possible funny image quote idea "It looks like Ariel gained some very *ahem* impressive assets when she turned human" I feel like a possible problem with this one is that it might be too NSFW, and innapropriate for possible younger tv tropes audiences to see, and the joke might come across as creepy more than funny. I think this is why I didn't really like this idea that much.

Second is this screencap of Ursula's eels after being blasted into gory bits. Possible funny quote "It looks like Flotsam and Jetsam are chummier than ever now. It's gory, but not THAT gory, but there's still a potential probelm with that.In addition, it might be kinda hard to even tell what's going on in the picture, like you might not know that the gory bits used to be eels.

These next two are interchangeable. Just Ariel with a surprisingly seductive look for a family movie during "Kiss The Girl". Possible funny quote "Judging by those half lidded eyes and that sly smile, it looks like Ariel ended up taking Ursula's advice on body language" I feel like a potential problem with these is that they might be nonindicative of what the radar page is about, and you might not immedietely get "seductive" from these.

What do you think?

p.s. Personally, number 6 gets my vote too. I can't believe that they put something as offensive looking as that in a late 80s movie.

I think something like this would work, given that she's wearing nothing under the water.

This frame of Ariel◊ getting up for the first time here is so quick yet I'm surprised on how much they got away with.

But if nothing else works, 6.

Or maybe 21.3, above half.

I've started a crowner here, since there are many options.
