The world has ended, or rather it ended quite some time ago. More than a hundred years has passed since the collapse of human civilization into the chaos of this new age; as the world dies, humans simply roam and try to find some sense of safety amongst the wreckage.

But not all are so unfortunate, there exists one place in the world that could be considered a paradise in hell. The massive city is known as Xanadu, the last great capital of humanity. The city is kept running by the corruption of a powerful magical device known as the Holy Grail, which was designed as a tool to seek out the root of all things. Through a number of dark rituals, however, the Grail has been transformed into a tool to absorb and retain energy from the world around it, slowly draining the last drops of life from the world in order to fuel Xanadu and keep its people safe. Of course, the slow drain of the world itself isn’t enough to sate the Grail, so Xanadu sends forth Jaeger squads into the wastes, meant to capture and sacrifice those few remaining scavengers in order to feed their souls to the Grail. Aiding them are corrupted spirits of heroes of long forgotten ages, linked to the Grail’s new missions and attached to the Jaegers in their hunts. Most are without will, and those who retain anything close are even worse, actively committing acts of wanton slaughter for their own amusement.

And this would be the end of the story, a slow death as the people of Xanadu enjoyed the sun setting on the world from their walled, golden city. However, deep within the Grail remained one last system, a code buried so deep that no amount of tampering could truly change it. Drawing away from the city, the Grail sends forth seven seals to seven potential Masters. Along with a brand of three seals, before each magus a Servant is summoned, one of seven spirits yet uncorrupted by the Grail’s transformation. Imbued in each is a need to seek the Grail, not for a ‘wish’ but rather for the salvation of the world itself. The Grail calls to the Masters and their Servants to cut it free from its bonds so that a wish can be made on it, a wish that all people beg for in this chaotic world, a new chance.

The mission is clear, defeat the Jaegers and their Servants, invade Xanadu and capture the Grail, and finally call upon the Wish Granting vessel to recreate the world in the ideal image of the Master’s will.

To answer both questions, Canon Servants are cool, and cut off date for Servants...well thats actually a difficult one. I don't really like to put a cutoff date because there are still some pretty amazing people from after it. So I would say its situation. If the character you have in mind would be a big legend, even if just for a single country or place, then I say go for it, but remember they won't be as strong as say, King Arthur or Hercules.

Wow, for once I'm the first sheet to sign up. Here's to hoping I did well.

Servant C.S.

  • Class: Archer
  • True Name: Hotherus (figure from Norse Mythology)
  • Alignment: True Neutral. He’s not going to go around and kick puppies or anything dumb like that, but at this moment he has neither good nor bad intentions, and just wants to get this over with. Deep down, there’s still traces of the Lawful Good person he used to be before things went to hell for him, but good luck bringing that out.
  • Armament: A carefully crafted bow, carved with various runic designs and painted black. Misteltoe vines wrap around the limbs of the bow.
  • Description: A tall, gaunt man with long dark hair and pale skin. He often combines dark outfits with fur-lined cloaks, and covers sightless eyes with a blindfold.
  • Bio: Fair warning – The following bio will be long, somewhat dark, and features story details from both the Eddas and the Gaesta Danorum. It is not entirely accurate to either source material. Then again this is the series with all the genderbent historical figures, so I don’t think anyone will take offense at this, but I still want to warn you just in case.]
    • Once, there was a king and queen who wished for a child to be their heir. Alas, in the years they were together, not once had they managed to carry a child to term. Desperate as time was running out for her, the queen prayed to the gods in hopes that they would bless her with a child, and one day the king of the gods himself answered her prayers. Soon, she would end up pregnant, and in nine months gave birth to a set of healthy twin boys. Their birth would not be fortuitous, though, for the norns declared that one of the twins would slay the other, and start the end of the world. To make sure that wasn’t the case, Odin took one of the boys to Asgard with him, and leave the Queen with the other. Their intent was to prevent their deaths by making sure the two boys never cross paths
    • Not even Odin’s plan would stop the flow of fate, however. Balderus and Hotherus would meet when they became adults, as the king of a neighboring kingdom offers his entire kingdom to one who would marry his beloved daughter. Hotherus had met Princess Nana before, and had fallen hopelessly in love with her, and deep down he could tell that Balderus only wanted her to prove he was good enough to get her. Hoping to prove his worthiness as a suitor, Hotherus challenges Balderus into a duel to the death, unaware of what the fates had decreed would happen. It went poorly in Hotherus’s favor, as while he was a skilled combatant, Balderus had lived among gods, and as such was no stranger to great power. Fortunately for Hotherus (or unfortunately, depending on whom you ask), Balderus knows all too well of the prophecy, and decides to blind Hotherus at the end of the duel and force him into exile. After all, if neither brother was slain, the prophecy could not happen.
    • It would have been the end of it were it not for Hel. Infuriated at Balderus for trying to dodge the prophecy in the most heartless and dishonorable way possible (not to mention her falling in love with Hotherus), the Queen of Death herself decides to lend her assistance to the wounded prince. While as a goddess of death she couldn't restore his sight, she granted him abilities that would still help him fight, as well as an arrow crafted from a misteltoe vine that would suck the life out of Balderus. Soon enough, Hotherus would return to the palace the night of Balderus’s marriage to Nana, and challenged him to one more duel. With the aid of the enchanted arrow, he ultimately slain Balderus, and married Nana.
    • However, this victory ends up Pyrhhic at best. The princess, while marrying him, grows more distant, refusing to eat. It's only one night, after Hotherus tries to get her to explain what's wrong, does he learn why: Balderus had told her everything about the prophecy and the truth about the connection between the two men. She ends up dying only a few days later, succumbing to despair.
    • For the remainder of his life, the truth of his existence would haunt him. He cut off ties with those who hid from him the truth and forsaken the gods he once revered – even Hel, who in her anger over being spurned mentions that he too will be slain by his kin. As he becomes a king, he's cold, harsh and distant, with a metaphorical hole in his heart that his fear of being manipulated again keeps from being filled. Not helping matters much is the harsh conditions the kingdom is going through, thanks to the gods being angry at him for killing Balderus. The crops dry up and the land grows cold and harsh, and this odd curse spreads to any land the kingdom ends up conquering. And one day, his castle is invaded by a group of rebels, slaying those within the castle in an attempt to bring King Hotherus to his knee. Their leader, a daughter of Odin by the name of Vali, walked into the throne room, wielding a bow in one hand and a sword in another. She challenges the king to a fight to the death, and despite doing his best, Hotherus is ultimately slain, his actions all for naught.
    • So now that he’s summoned here, at what seems to finally be the end of days for humanity? Maybe some part of him used to care about people, once upon a time. But he’s seen the actions of man and god go astray in their attempts to borrow more time, and at this point he just wants it to end. He’s got no ideas for a brave new world, he just wants to destroy the Grail and finally let existence die, just as the Norns decreed all these millennia ago.
    • Maybe then, he can finally rest.
  • Parameters
    • Strength: B
    • Endurance: C
    • Agility: A
    • Mana: B
    • Luck: E
  • Class Skills
    • Magic Resistance A
      • Cancel spells of A-Rank or below, no matter what High-Thaumaturgy it is. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a 'Magus Killer'. Possibly ties to his Divinity skill (see below)
    • Independent Action C
      • Can last one day without mana from his Master, and that’s without getting into fights or manifesting his Noble Phantasm.
  • Personal Skills
    • Divinity B
    • Eye of the Mind (False) A
      • a natural talent to foresee/sense and avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience. The accuracy of this instinct can be augmented by experience. The ability also grants an effect of offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions.
  • Noble Phantasm(s): Mistelteinn: Cursed Arrow, Stained with the Blood of the Gods
    • B+ Rank Anti-Unit
    • An arrow made of a twisted mistletoe sprig, fashioned into something resembling a dagger mounted onto a shaft. Firing the arrow will resort in it homing in towards the intended target, redirecting if not parried with enough force to drive it into anything else. When this arrow makes contact with a Servant, it begins to drain their health. If it hits the heart, the sapping of health is five times as fast. In addition, Hodr gains the health taken by this attack. The rate of health drain is additionally multiplied by the rank of a Servant's Divinity Skill (2x at Divinity B, 3x at Divinity A, 4x at anything higher).

Troy- That would be perfectly acceptable. So long as they have enough magic to keep a Servant going, even if that Servant suffers a bit of low power.

And the Archer sheet is beautiful. Accepted.

  • Servant C.S.
  • Class: Berserker
  • True Name: The Red Horseman, War.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Armament: He tends to fight barehanded, but he does have his massive red sword.
  • Ride forth, Horseman! RIDE!(Not to scale)
  • Bio: Some say that this is War himself....the Horseman of the apocalypse who will usher in the end times.....but it is not. This was once a man, a mere soldier. His name has been lost to time, but his legacy lives on. When the soldier's country came to grow tired of war, he would not relent. He refused to allow his nation to grow complacent. Alas, his people would not listen, until the time came when the enemy was right on his doorstep. Riding forth upon his mighty steed, he charged into battle, wielding a massive blade and wreaking havoc upon the enemy. It was a bloodbath, so great, his steed was drenched red with blood. By the time reinforcements arrived, the lone soldier was riddled with weapons, all lodged deep inside his body as his life ended....and he was laughing the whole time. To his people, he became the very image of war itself....and so, henceforth, they referred to him as the Horseman of War.
    • Parameters
    • Strength: A++
    • Endurance: C
    • Agility: A+
    • Mana: B
    • Luck: D
  • Class Skills
  • Madness Enchantment: EX
    • War has been given a rank up in all parameters, but his reason and sanity have been stripped from him. He can hold a conversation, but it will inevitably turn to talk of war and battle. When he sees those regarded as the enemy, he will launch himself upon them in a furious battle frenzy, desiring to kill them all.
  • Personal Skills
    • Eternal Arms Mastership: EX
      • As the embodiment of war itself, at least as his people saw him, Berserker has complete mastery over every single kind of weapon of warfare and styles of combat. However, the madness enchantment makes it difficult to use this to its true potential.
    • Aptitude For Slaughter:A+
      • A skill for those who have caused great pain and suffering throughout history. As he has come to be seen as the Horseman of War itself, he has a plus modifier against all humans for any damage he deals.
    • Battle Continuation: A+
      • The ability to survive. Makes it possible to fight even with deadly injuries and can remain alive so long as one does not receive a decisive fatal wound. It is the Horseman of War after all.
    • War Itself: A+
      • As the Horseman of War, this skill is an embodiment of the savage nature of war. The longer Berserker fights for, the stronger he becomes in battle, able to change his very form to that of a truly demonic monster of the battlefield.
    • Noble Phantasm(s):
      • Red Steed: Come and See A+(Anti-Unit)
        • This steed is the steed of war itself, made into a frothing, unstoppable monster of death and destruction on the battlefield. This beast is a part of War, an extension of himself. In battle, this horse will change along with War, and will share many of his skills and stats. However, because he has been summoned as a Berserker and not Rider, he must utilize this Noble Phantasm by grabbing onto anything he can consider a mount. Once he does so, his mount will become possessed by his horse, morphing and twisting as he does into a demonic beast, while retaining its core properities.
      • Sword of War: A+(Anti-Unit)
        • Berserker's sword is the very embodiment of battle. With it, he will drive forth every enemy in his path in a terrible rampage of carnage. This weapon is a demonic blade of destruction, able to carve its way through anything in its path. This sword will kill anything in its path if it strikes it, as benefiting that wielded by War. As an extension of himself, anything Berserker lays his hands, if it can be considered a weapon, will begin to warp and twist into his blade.

EDIT: Done! Will accept any requests to nerf it.

Ehhhh lets write this up, and just see what you think I have tried her before in places, and it works out pretty fun but it is rather.... unique.

  • Class: Rider
  • True Name: Yamato
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral.
  • Armament: Her Armament consists entirely of partial Noble Phantasm manifestations.
  • Appearance: not the expected ship girl, most of the time she still has a distinctive orange parasol on her though.
  • Bio: The Battleship Yamato was the flag ship of the combined fleet between the years 1942 and 1945, just like during her life however the ship is more of a rallying point and a symbol. An embodiment of the patriotic spirit and fervor of all the soldiers who fought under the banner of the Imperial Navy.
  • Parameters:
    • Strength: B
    • Endurance: C
    • Agility: B
    • Mana: D
    • Luck: D
  • Class Skills
    • Riding A- - (Is... much worse at handling animals then machines)
    • Magic Resistance E
  • Personal Skills
    • Voyager of the Storm A
    • Artillery Support A
    • Clairvoyance C
  • Noble Phantasm(s): "Pride of the rising Sun: Guardian of the Chrysanthemum Crest" (A+) (Anti Army/Anti Fortress)
    • Manifests the battleship Yamato allowing all its guns to be brought to bear on a target; Partial manifestations behave strangely with cannons floating in the air in random directions, or single ghostly aircraft. Full manifestations will bring the entire ship paired with the air wings of "The Sisters" Akagi and Kaga. Anti-fortress class when all guns are brought to bead on a single target, Anti-Army when independently targeted..... there is a lot of guns involved.

Bio is kind of short on this end because listing out the service record would take forever, personality wise she is a Yamato Nadeshiko, and has a slightly fuzzy memory due to being a gestalt.

Seeing as it seems Servant Sheets are going fast, and I have a rather... experimental idea for this, might as well upload this to give it a try.

You know those ideas that sound dumb until you get research that makes it somehow work? This is one of them.

I also swear I made this before the Yamato sign-up.

Servant C.S.
  • Class: Assassin
  • True Name: Moby Dick (or at least that's what she's known as).
  • Alignment: True Neutral. Comes with being a Whale in life with a morality people can't pinpoint with a focus on surviving.
  • Armament: None. She fights via using her body (either normal or as a whale), most notably by crashing, swiping, and flailing into her opponents.
  • Appearance: As a human, female, tall, a little bit on the chubbier side, though not enough to inhibit movement, with a rather pale complexion (almost creepily white, like a ghost), and a pronounced forehead, with dark, faded blue hair, and eyes a dull green, almost grey color. She wears a long, flowing dress of a repeating gradient of white and grey, almost as if in waves, with spots of darker coloring, with a few holes at various parts of the outfit. Barefoot usually. As a whale, an very large, unusually pale sperm whale.
  • Bio: Because I know this is more than likely to be pointed out if I didn't mention it, I am aware there is a Divine Beast Moby Dick in Fate proper (In Extra, I think?). This is not them, but rather the incarnation of the legend of Moby Dick that ended up inscribed on the throne of heroes. Got it? Good.
    • In life, Moby was a whale. Well, either that or an Eldritch Abomination that looked like a whale, that is "everywhere at once", but materializes on occasion. There were many rumors spread about her during her reign of terror in the 1800's in the Atlantic Ocean near Massachusetts. What is known is that she took the form of a Sperm Whale, and was very aggressive, known for destroying many whaling ships in her time, and shrugging off even the most powerful of harpoons. For her, she was just trying to survive against whaling.
    • Her most famous struggle was that of the Pequod, lead by one Captain Ahab, who she took the leg off of when he tried to harpoon her. Ahab swore revenge and chased her, culminating in a hunt lasting three days before she managed to destroy the Pequod, killing the entire crew besides one member they call Ishmael. She eventually died, likely of old age.
    • While feared in life, in the "Modern Day" (and, presumably, the time 100 years after, where the story takes place), with the near extinction of whales, she was seen as a more heroic figure, earning her spot at the Throne of Heroes.
  • Parameters
    • Strength: A~A+
    • Endurance: A
    • Agility: D
    • Mana: E
    • Luck: D
  • Class Skills
    • Presence Concealment B
      • Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. It is possible to disappear and become extremely difficult to be detected. The rank of Presence Concealment drops considerably when preparing to attack. Gained by legends sailors spread of her materializing at will.
  • Personal Skills
    • Battle Continuation A
      • The ability to survive. Makes it possible to fight even with deadly injuries and can remain alive so long as one does not receive a decisive fatal wound. Gained by being notoriously unkillable, even in the face of several harpoons logged into her.
    • Monstrous Strength B
      • The ability to temporally boost her strength from A to A+, due to her origins as the great white whale.
    • Shapeshift C
      • Able to transform into a whale when she deploys her Noble Phantasm.
  • Noble Phantasm: Moby Dick: The Great While Whale
    • Anti-Unit (Self) (Anti-Army in Practice), EX (B in practice). Similar to Kiyohime.
    • Transforms into Moby Dick proper, and crashes into her enemies with her strength. In this form, her agility increases to B in water, and decreases to E- if on land (as it's a whale, it's not suddenly going to swim through the air). Her strength and endurance also increase in relation to her size, and is especially adapt at destroying seafaring vessels. Maintainable for up to an hour.

As I said, all of this is very much experimental, so feel free to shoot down the idea outright, or tell me how to adjust if if needed.

Also, thing I noticed: I assume by the location of magic circuits you mean the magic crest? Because magic circuits run throughout the body as a sort of parallel nerve system

Anyhow, speaking of gender-flipped historical figures, in the true vein of the series:

Servant Lancer

  • True Name: Honda Tadakatsu
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Armament: A long spear of dark metal, with no guard. The head is abnormally long for a spear, nearly the length of a sword blade, and straight, unlike most Japanese blades.
  • Description: Normally Tadakatsu appears something like this, sans hat. When activating her Noble Phantasm Legend of Untouchability, she dons her armor, appearing in the armor she wore into battle, with her unmistakable helmet topped with two antlers.
  • Bio:
    • General and later Daimyo under Tokugawa Ieyatsu, and one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tokugawa, she was a fiercely loyal vassal of Ieyatsu. Reputed as one of the best samurai of her time, even drawing the approval of Oda Nobunaga, she was often referred to as a luxury of Tokugawa.
What is often called her finest moment came with the Komaki campaign, where she observed an army under Toyotomi Hideyoshi himself move in pursuit of her lord’s army, and rode out to challenge them, despite being outnumbered 50-60 to one. Hideyoshi was struck by Tadakatsu’s bravery, and decreed that no harm come to her nor her men.
A veteran of over 100 battles by the end of her life, she never once lost in personal combat to another samurai nor did she ever suffer a serious wound. This is commonly transposed with the legend of Ii Naomasa, famous for surviving through many wounds which should have been fatal.
After the close of the Sengoku period, she became increasingly estranged from the Tokugawa shogunate, like many generals, unable to adapt from a military leader to a civilian one.
  • Parameters
    • Strength: B
    • Endurance: D
    • Agility: A
    • Mana: B
    • Luck: A+
  • Class Skills
    • Magic Resistance B
Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected.
  • Personal Skills
    • Military Tactics B
Tactical knowledge used not for one-on-one combat situations, but for battles where many are mobilized. Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.
    • Charisma C
A composite Skill consisting of a person's charm as well as the natural talent to command or unify an army or country. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. Having this skill at C allows the user to command a large army.
    • Instinct A-
Instinct is the ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. At Rank A, it is essentially in the realm of predicting the future, however it is only A- for Tadakatsu because she can only use it defensively.
    • Bravery A
Bravery is the ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. It also has the bonus effect of increasing melee damage. Tadakatsu once challenged a force which outnumbered her own 50-60 to one, granting her this skill at a high rank.
  • Noble Phantasm(s):
    • Tonbo-giri - Spear with a Razor’s Edge (Anti-unit Noble Phantasm): A
Tadakatsu’s famous spear and one of the three great spears of Japan, famous for being sharp enough to slice a dragonfly which landed on it in two. It is sharp enough that armor is virtually useless against it. The spear’s passive effect grants her the ability to bypass any effect which reduces the damage of attacks. It has no effect on any such effects granted by a Noble Phantasm of a rank higher than Tonbo-giri’s. When the true name is released, the power of its passive effect is magnified, and Tonbo-giri pierces through any form of armor the target has, as well as doing significantly more damage than normal.
    • Legend of Untouchability - The Warrior Who has Surpassed Death (Barrier Noble Phantasm): EX
Tadakatsu’s reputation for being an untouched warrior crystallized as a noble phantasm, it essentially projects a reality marble around herself which renders it near-impossible to hit her by any attack. However, as a reality marble, it is incredibly mana-intensive, forcing it to be sparingly used. Additionally, when activating this Noble Phantasm she dons her armor, with her famous helmet topped with antlers, making it impossible for anyone to mistake her identity.

Master of Lancer (WIP)

  • Name: Emilia Veltzbern
  • Appearance: A woman of slightly below-average height at 143cm, she has shoulder-length blue hair usually tied back in a ponytail, storm-grey eyes, fairly soft features, she wears rimless glasses, usually wearing comfortable, slightly unkempt, and loose-fitting clothing with a long duster over it, the inside lined with pockets with everything from pencils, erasers and paper, books, to a multitool. She wears a messenger back full of books, along with a backpack with all of her survival gear.
  • Age: 25
  • Gender: Female
  • Elemental Affinity: Wind and Water
  • Origin: Unknown
  • Magic Circuits
    • Location: Pretty evenly spaced throughout her body. She carries a Magic Crest on her left arm.
    • Quantity: D-
    • Quality: B+
  • Magecraft/Abilities:
    • Gandr: The usual Gandr shot.
    • Her signature spell is a spell which lets her essentially turn metal into a liquid at room temperature and reshape it - She mainly uses this to make bullets quickly out of scrap metal.
    • The rest of her magecraft tends more towards reinforcement and augmenting herself, giving her legs more power or her arms more durability.
    • Mystic Eyes of Binding: She was born with them.
  • Other Abilities:
    • Competency with firearms, mostly hunting rifles and pistols. Up until about a year ago, she’d never shot anyone, though. She’s still getting over it.
    • General survival skills, as is practically necessary. She’s also reasonably good at moving stealthily.
    • She’s pretty good at fixing and repairing things.
    • She can play the violin pretty well.
  • Mystic Codes/ Magical Items:
    • Absolution, a break-action hunting rifle. She can channel mana into it to make it act similarly to a railgun, eliminating the need for any cartridges and allowing her to simply use shaped metal rounds. It still accepts normal bullets, though.
    • Azoth Sword: Gifted to her by her father at her 18th birthday, it is one of the few mementos she has of her family. Formerly a very common Mystic Code, one which acts as a magic battery that can store magical energy for later use
  • Weapons/ Other Belongings:
    • A simple revolver, along with 30 rounds of ammunition for it.
    • A survival kit consisting of a small, easily portable tent, a bedroll, a pillow, a hatchet, some rations, a water bottle, a small water purifier, a small solar-powered electrical stove which has miraculously not broken down, some batteries, matches, a flint and tinder, a flashlight, and two rolls of duct tape.
    • A violin which she stubbornly will not leave behind, along with a tuner.
    • Some tea bags which she has managed to salvage and keep in reasonably good condition
  • Personality: She has a coldly rational, cynical, and pragmatic exterior hiding a very broken interior. Some of her old idealism still peeks through on occasion, and she still harbors a hidden glee at finding new lost knowledge. She keeps a meticulous journal of her journey as well, and tends to care a lot more about people than she lets on.
  • Background:
    • Emilia should have been nobility. She should have had every door in the Mages’ Association open to her. A prodigy from an old lineage. Of course, that is what should have been. Then someone had to go and fuck up the world. Emilia was born in a small village called Gehswern, built on a hill around an old manor. Her family’s old manor. As all members of the village were, she was trained in how to hunt, how to avoid being spotted, how to survive in the wilderness. But they were also trained to read - to write. Gehswern saw themselves as one of the last bastions of human knowledge. What’s more, the old traditions of the Mages’ Association still held, save one: There was no longer a need to conceal magic, it happened every week with a Jaeger party passing by. Emilia was born a mage from a family of mages, and, as such, was granted the magic crest she was due: a shifting Mandelbrot fractal wrapped around her left arm. As they considered themselves almost keepers of knowledge, they also task the parties they send out scavenging to recover any knowledge they possibly can.
Emilia grew up with the stories of the old - the world before. A blessing and a curse. But she was also raised a mage and a survivor. A pragmatist. Even this instilled pragmatism didn’t stop her from dreaming, though. And dream she did, until a few months ago when a party of Jaegers found her village. And with them came a Servant. Unfortunately for them, this was not one of their mindless killing machines, no, this Saber was fully aware, very powerful, and incredibly sadistic. This last trait saved Emilia’s life. The Jaegers and their servant hacked through the townsfolk, themselves unable to resist. She managed to escape the initial capture, and was told to run. She stayed instead, looking for something, anything, she could do.
She received her command seals, and she found a scrap of a banner that an expedition had found in a ruin. Hoping, praying for a miracle, she managed the summoning, and before her stood a Servant. A servant come to save this world from Xanadu and its corrupted grail. With Lancer at her side, she fended off the Saber and the Jaegers - unfortunately unable to kill the Saber, and unable to save either her fellow townsfolk save a few, nor much of their rather expansive libraries, the Saber having put it all to the torch for his own amusement. The few who were left moved on, salvaging what they could. As they tried to find other survivors, their numbers slowly dwindled, caught by other Jaeger parties, or simply succumbing to the dangers of the wilds, until by the time Emilia found Fumar with only herself and Lancer.
  • Wish: Despite her present cynicism and cold rationality, she truly believes the Grail can save the world. She would wish for a world where this calamity never happened - a world where it never could happen again. A world where knowledge is free and open to all.

Here's your Master of Archer. And she's a total nihilist.

  • Name: Kristen "Freya" O'Donnell
  • Appearance: The last scion of the once-proud O'Donnell family of Magi.
  • Age: 21
  • Gender: Female
  • Elemental Affinity: Water
  • Origin: Entropy

  • Magic Circuits:
    • Location: Primarily in her right arm.
    • Quantity: B, leaving her arm near-constantly feeling numb.
    • Quality: B-

  • Magecraft/Abilities: Freya's specific style of magecraft is a mix of Water Magecraft mixed with Alchemy, in which she transmutes water or water vapor around her into ice that she can use to freeze objects she touches. The larger the source of water she has to use, the more ice she can create to freeze with. And anything that happens to be frozen by her ice will start to slowly break down.
  • Other Abilities: Skill in swordsmanship, particularly a vaguely fencing-like style, and basic survival skills.
  • Mystic Codes/ Magical Items:
    • Diamant: A family heirloom from days long past, this long, rapier-like sword is a Specialized Mystic Code that allows for the creation and shaping of ice into various forms, such as sharp icicles to attack with, or a large wall of ice for defense. Like Freya's Magecraft though, it does require a source of water or water vapor to be transmuted into ice she can use.
  • Weapons/ Other Belongings: Freya doesn't have much else aside from the clothes on her back and a pendant with her family crest upon it, given to her by her mother.
  • Personality: Freya may have once cared about the future of both the world and herself, but now her heart has become as frozen and unfeeling as ice. Aloof, cold, uncaring, and more than a little bit suicidal, she's lost almost any capacity to love or care ever since her mother died, and is single-minded in her mission to free the grail and make her wish. But this is all part of her sorrowful rage against the heavens, and her lingering feelings doubt in regards to any sort of potential she may have. Her servant has good reason to worry for her, as she is almost too cavalier about possibly dying along the way...
  • Background:
    • The O'Donnell family was one of the more respected families of Magi in America once upon a time, but that has meant very little since the collapse of society worldwide. Growing up in a village next to the broken and dilapidated ruins of her family's former mansion, the girl named Kristen had little left to her family name. Living only with her mother since her father died of illness when she was young, the two tried to eke out the best living they could in this harsh world, while trying to remain hidden from the Jaegers and their servants. Her mother taught her the family's secrets of magecraft to ensure it wouldn't be lost, but only about a month ago, she ended up being captured and taken back to Xanadu, leaving the grief-stricken Kristen all alone.
    • Kristen may have taken her own life to join her mother, but was stopped when she received the 3 seals from the Grail and managed to summon an Archer-class servant of her own using a piece of a centuries-old wedding dress of Nordic origin. After learning of how the Grail had been corrupted and been used to give Xanadu more time at the cost of human lives like her mother, she knew she had a mission to fulfill: free the grail and finally let this dying world end like it should have years ago. Now going by the alias Freya, she and her Servant have begun travelling to the nearby village of Fumar to begin their crusade to bring about the world's end...
  • Wish: Freya wishes not for a new world, but rather the world's end entirely, to put it out of its misery.

  • Name: Haze
  • Appearance: *Appearance: Haze is tall, well-built with greasy black hair and dark bags under her eyes. She wears an undershirt with a leather shoulder guard. Her left leg is rigged into a knee brace. She wears combat boots, elbow and knee pads. She wears leather hand-wraps, and tends to have a small, breathing mask constantly around her neck. These are a mix of drugs, inhalants and other things to numb the pain in her chest.
  • Age: 32
  • Gender: Female
  • Elemental Affinity: Earth
  • Origin: Unknown
  • Magic Circuits
    • Location: Chest
    • Quantity: D-
    • Quality: A-
  • Magecraft/Abilities:
    • None, no seriously. This isn't a joke. Haze has absolutely no. magical abilities. Hell, even summoning the servant was a mistake.
  • Other Abilities:
    • Decent alchemical skills, mostly at mixing drug mixtures.
    • Skilled sword fighters
    • Veteran fist fight and archer.
    • Skilled in the use of parkour.
    • Decent guitarist and dancer.
    • High pain threshold due to being high most of the time.
    • Mystic Codes/ Magical Items: A lucky ring. Not actually magic though.
  • Weapons/ Other Belongings:
    • Longsword: It's a simple sword, good, strong and durable.
    • Crossbow: A large, hunting crossbow. Haze had a small quiver of bolts strapped to her leg. It's got a handcrank on one side and a pair of ironsights.
    • Drug canisters: Three metal bottles that are full of fumes of various alchemical mixtures. These bottles attach to her breathing mask and let her inhale them.
    • A small fanny back that contains a mortar and pestle, a flint, various herbs and the like.
  • Personality: Haze is sarcastic, cynical and rarely lucid. She's gotten to the point where she's content to wander from town to town, kill some bandits, get some food, buy her herbs and then continue on her way. Aside from that, she's generally friendly to children and people who approach her with business.
  • Background: Haze is a mercenary, she wanders from town to town. Despite her busted leg and constant chest pains, she's fairly well-known. Haze's backstory is muddled, and not even she really remembers-nor cares, to be honest. Eventually, she's arrived in this town and some...lord, or boss or whatever he was, was offering money for folks to do this magical shit. Not at all sober and desperately needing money, Haze applied...
  • Wish: Bring the world back to life.

I'll work on a Master for whoever needs one shortly, but for now:

  • Class: Caster
  • True Name: Skuld
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Armament: Cloth, Magic, summoned monsters
  • Description: A women with dark hair and unsettling green eyes with fair, Elvish features. Tends to grab herself in dark clothes with a large amount of jewlery.
  • Bio: Skuld was born a child of an elf woman and King Helgi of Denmark. She was raised learning what were viewed as the darkest of magical arts of necromancy and terrifying illusions and wherever she went she was whispered to be the intentional creation of evil norns. Specifically it was said that Skuld, the norn of the future for which she had been named, had created her to wreak a dark vengeance on the kingdom for some unknown crime in the future. Eventually Skuld grew sick of these rumors and left to marry the kind and strong, King Hjorvarth who ruled the Swedish Gauts. While he was a good man Hjorvarth was not as quick witted as his wife and was tricked into paying a yearly tribute by her half-brother Hrolf Kraki by accepting a gift without realizing the implications of the act. And Hrolf lorded it over them as he did with most of his Vassels by this point in his life. And the flame of hatred with Skuld thought she had esxtinguished re-ignited in her heart. She convinced her husband to join with her in the cause and then convinced Hrolf to give them relif for 3 years of tribute so long as the full amount was paid back at the end. She took this three years and brought together a terrifying alliance of Hrolf's various enemies and anyone else who would be willing to attack the great hero. The she went to battle with her husband at her side. When the battle appeared lost Skuld used her greatest spell to resurrect the dead on both sides as zombies under her control. She was victorious but ruled only shortly before being taken by surprise, bound and killed.
  • Parameters:
    • Strength: E
    • Endurance: D
    • Agility: C
    • Mana: A+
    • Luck: C
  • Class Skills:
    • Item creation C: Not particularly known for it in life but she is still a Caster
    • Territory Creation B: Rather than creating a massive temple or complex Skuld summons her black-flagged command tent from her battle against Hrolf Kraki. It allows her to better command her troops giving her a rank up to her Charisma. It also allows her to better focus her mana and then use and control her Noble Phantasm with a much greater efficiency.
  • Personal Skills:
    • Charisma B:Skuld, to free herself and her husband from their servitude gathered an army of Elves, Criminals, Monsters and the undead to wage war on Hrolf Kraki. Her skill at forging such disparate forces into a working army cannot solely be attributed to the enemies Hrolf gained on his adventures. Additionally she also easily swayed Hrolf into giving her three years relief from tribute for no particular reason.
    • Primordial Runes: While not her preferred method of spell casting this was where she began her training as did everyone who learned sorcery in Denmark in the Age of Gods.
    • Witchcraft B: Her magical strength as a Witch is such that it was able to fool and hide her army from Hrolf Kraki and his eleven champions, most if not all of whom would qualify as Heroic Spirits after death themselves.
  • Noble Phantasm:
    • March of the Flase Einherjar (Anti-army, rank A):
Skuld revives the recently dead within a wide area to serve as her loyal soldiers. Anyone else who dies to these soldiers will likewise be returned as a new minion for her. This Noble Phanthasm works best within her command tent and requires both constant focus and mana to use properly.

-dramatic music ensues-

So I have been reading everything so far, don't you worry. As such I feel like I should comment on the sheets I have accepted, those that require work, and what we are still looking for.

Aqua-Archer: As stated previously you've created a well balanced character and I have no complaints.

Vampire-Berserker: You Servant is crazy strong, like 'one v one me Gilgamesh' strong. The big problem is that any of his abilities are going to eat his Master like lunch. EX ranked NP, added with double A+ ranked NP, and A ranked skills. Its going to require significant reworking to make it less...well just less. Maybe if his rank of madness actually sealed most of his abilities like Hercules it would be a bit different, but even then the mana drain on this beast is way to hard to justify.

Imca-Rider: A bit bare bones but it gets its job done nicely. Low stats but amazing NP makes the Rider class what it is, and you my friend are in.

Boomer-Assassin: Moby Dick is an interesting choice, and I am sure I will catch flack over not having you use a more humanoid character. However if you would be willing to work with me here, maybe make them a Psuedo Servant, basically the memory of the creature known as Moby Dick, a hero among animals fused with the existence of a human. As the act of fighting against whaling ships would equate to legendary acts of heroes fighting evil monsters could qualify, but it is still iffy. If that diverges too much from your intended desire I am too iffy on the concept of animal turned human to give a perfect thumbs up. Feel free to PM me and we can discuss, I want to work toward a game where everyone can have fun.

Izshta-Lancer: Well stated, but I don't know if Three Line Formation is necessary, or rather I should say it tastes a bit of overkill when added along with the already excellent ability and two already good NP's. I would suggest either removing it, or lowering some other stuff to make it more balanced against the three NP's.

Izshta-Master of Lancer: Obviously a WIP, but I won't just randomly make you take someone else as a Master for Lancer at this time unless you decide you would rather just by a Servant.

Stormer-Master of Archer: I have nothing to say in terms of fixing or otherwise. Accepted.

Troy-Master of ?: We can fit you with a Servant later, and should probably go over the exact details of how she came about being a Master. But other then that you are in.

Guyshane-Caster: No complaints. You're in.

So where does that leave us at the moment?

As discussed in PM's, I wasn't liking how Moby was turning out, so I decided to switch to another Assassin, hopefully a lot more in the traditional but fun line than a Whale.

  • Class: Assassin
  • True Name: Morgiana (Arabian Nights)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good
  • Armament: One (1) Dagger, a silver, almost white curved blade with a gold handle. Chalk, only when deploying her Noble Phantasm.
  • Appearance: Female, looking around her early-mid twenties. Tan, almost Dark skin, Dark brown hair down to her back, and she wears a blue and gold floral-patterned bandanna. A yellow crop top, with sewn in sleeves, and a blue vest. Baggy white pants to above her ankle, with a yellow waist cape, down to her ankles themselves, with belts on her actual waist. Gold rings adorn her actual ankles, barefoot.
  • Bio:
    • Morgiana was the slave in a house to a man named Cassim, a man who was rather greedy. One day, Cassim's brother, Ali Baba, a poor carpenter, came across a great fortune in a den for thieves, and Cassim wanted some for himself. Unfortunately, he forgot the worlds "Open, Sesame" that were used to open the magic door after he entered, and he was discovered and butchered by the infamous "Forty Thieves". Upon Ali discovering his death, Morgiana worked with him and Cassim's wife to bury him without noticing, done by blindfolding a cobbler to stitch back the quarter-cut body together.
    • Despite this, the Thieves did eventually catch on, and the cobbler ratted Ali out. They left a mark near Ali's house in the night, and would kill him in the morning. Morgiana caught on, and marked several neighborhooding houses. The thief sent to kill Ali was confused and didn't go through with it, leading to him being executed by the leader. The whole thing repeated itself again with red chalk the following night, again being thwarted and the sent thief being executed.
    • The leader of the thieves then took it into their own hands, and memorized the path and disguised himself as an oil salesmen, with the remaining 37 thieves sneaking into oil barrels, and one barrel being actual oil, in an attempt to Trojan horse it. This did not fool Morgiana, who proceeded to boil the oil and pour it on the 37 thieves to kill them, and the leader to flee. It's debated at this point if she was set free by Ali or not.
    • The Captain went for one last plan, though: disguise himself as a merchant, and befriended Ali's son so he's invited to dinner. Morgiana caught on to this as well, and she and another servant performed for them, stabbing the leader during it. At this point, if she didn't have her freedom, she got it now, and she also got Ali's son's hand in marriage. After her death, she ended up being inscribed to the Throne of Heroes.
  • Parameters
    • Strength: D++
    • Endurance: E
    • Agility: B
    • Mana: C
    • Luck: A
  • Class Skills
    • Presence Concealment C
      • Hides one's presence as a Servant. Suitable for spying. The rank of Presence Concealment drops considerably when preparing to attack. Default Assassin Ability, does not allow her to disappear.
  • Personal Skills
    • Eye of the Mind (False) B
      • The natural talent to foresee/sense and deal with danger with intuition, almost as a 6th sense, and plan for it. Her ability to find the plans of, and then subsequently outwit the 40 Thieves, even as they used disguises and markers, as a slave girl netted her the skill. The false part simply means that this was not obtained from training.
    • Aptitude for Slaughter (Tools) B
      • Implements and tools (As in, whatever she uses as a weapon) become more effective in dealing damage when fighting something considered "Human" (That is, human beings and most non-divine servants). Gained by her killing 38 out of the 40 thieves, including their leader, with methods from boiling oil to stabbing with a dagger.
    • Suppression A
      • The ability to not show off your killing intention until her weapon is seen in her hand, or equivalent. This represents how she killed the King of Thieves: By dancing, and then stabbing him in the middle of it.
  • Noble Phantasm: Tricking Chalk and Boiling Oil: Clever Slave Girl.
    • B, Anti-Army (though "Army" is stretching it, more... Anti-Group).
      • Morgiana uses magic chalk to create fake copies of a given marker (such as a landmark, a person, an actual marker, etc.). If the target comes in contact the wrong one, they are then trapped in a bag, and boiling oil is poured into said bag in an effort to burn them to death. Only one bag can be conjured per drawing, and the complexity of the object is directly proportional to the time and mana needed to replicate it. The act of her drawing and the usage of the bag itself does not drop her Suppression and Presence Concealment skills, unless the target in question knows her true name and/or the nature of how her Noble Phantasm works (i.e. someone saw her draw the maker, someone triggered it, and they saw how it works).

Alright, hopefully that's better, willing to adjust it if needed. Also, does anyone need a master? I'm willing to try to make one if need be.
