Quality issues aside, without more context that doesn't look shameful so much as drunk or stoned.
4.2 is best, though that guy's face in the lower left corner looks weird.
4.1 doesn't have that, but seems to be of lesser quality.
7: It's clear they are removing their clothes, but not at all that they are being forced to do so.
1 isn't even clear that she's about to remove her clothes, just looks like she's holding up her hand against her chest in exasperation.

I think the Family Guy image would be pretty good and mostly SFW.

The one from Family Guy doesn't work very well for reasons already pointed out earlier. Let's go with 13.2.
13.2.
Maybe zoomed out a bit higher on the top - right now the upper border cuts off her hair. And zoomed out more on the right - for some reason, the hand holding the gun seems to make a bigger impression if you can see a bit more of it (like in 13.3 where you can also see a bit of the sleeve of his black jacket)
