Should Overdosed things, that is, Overdosed Tropes, and Trope Overdosed, be required to have their entries' pages hardsplit into separate pages?

In case you didn't know what hard and soft splitting are.

Because, Trope Overdosed works, at a minimum, have 1500 wicks, and most of those should be tropes, while Overdosed Tropes have a minimum of 2500 wicks.

And most of those pages are already hardsplit, it's just that some aren't.

Some unsplit, Trope Overdosed works:

And the same, of Overdosed Tropes:

In fact, (should / are) pages over a certain number of wicks supposed to be softsplit?

Page splits are only needed when the page itself becomes to long for the software to handle.

Why, exactly, would you think that number of wicks should somehow mandate a page split?

^ 'Cause they're getting sorta long? .... Unless, they're not...

But, soft splitting does make it easier to navigate, unless you're editing...?

The number of wicks has nothing to do with how long the page is. And soft-splitting doesn't make editing any easier, since we don't have a way to only open part of a page for editing.
