Needs Help: Monster Progenitor

I think Davros actually makes for a better illustration on The Man Behind the Monsters than this trope. He's a bit of an unconventional example in that he's not really a Dalek himself unlike most of the other examples on the page (first vampire, first werewolf, first dragon, etc.). The tricky part with finding a replacement is something that emphasizes the first monster's heritage part over merely being stronger or in charge. Anyone having any more luck than me?
