I have two suggestions from Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal for Trojan Gauntlet and Insanity Defense which were turned down for being single-panel cartoons, but were otherwise completely solid.
Could someone shoot an email to the creator to request permission to use them? Randall Munroe from xkcd was kind enough to give blanket permission for use of his works on the wiki (free advertising, I guess), maybe we'll be lucky a second time?

Per the most recent thread for For Science!, if/when the pic that was selected in its oldest thread (which Eddie overruled) ever receives permission from the artist, it will replace the pic that's on the page now.
A new image has been upvoted for Religious Vampire, but it's from Artstation.com. I've sent a message to the artist to ask for permission.
Well, that didn't take long. Their answer was literally "Sure, Why Not?", so we're good to go. Adding the image with attribution.

Modified Clone was chosen by Image Suggestion thread crowner, but it's uncredited fanart by JoJoes Art, who's selling prints and last posted on DeviantArt in 2015.
Someone still needs to send an email to Mike Burns asking if we can use the art on Antlion Monster.
This watermarked image was upvoted in the Suggestion thread for Cephalopod Index. I emailed the artist and sent them a DM on twitter asking for permission.

EDIT: That was quick! She got back to me and gave permission as long as the usual links were there, so that pic's back in with a PNG upgrade and everything's in place.

Could someone with a DeviantArt account try to get permission for the Name of Cain image (see here)? The artist last posted in 2016, but it's worth a shot. Same goes for Confusion Fu here, whose artist last posted in 2018.

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
