Is there a TV show where one of you favorite things about it is the animation?

The Magic School Bus Rides Again is an Alternate Continuity, not a sequel to the original show. The show’s continuity and characterizations feel so incongruous with that of the original show that I just cannot buy it being a(n in)direct continuation of the original show (and the way they wrote out Phoebe with zero fanfare just came off as insulting, even if I don’t 100% mind her replacement Jyoti from a characterization standpoint).

And although I like Kung Fu Panda 4, one minor aspect I disregard is Kai still being alive (er, "alive"). Bringing back Tai Lung (and Shen, to an extent) made sense, but Kai made absolutely zero. Did they forget that he asploded in spirit form in 3?

Favorite and least favorite installment in the NFS series?

I have many favorites and least favorites in that series.

Brace yourself for a rather lengthy read, because it's gonna take a while.

I find Madoka in the original PMMM anime to be one cute character that I don't like. She is cute sometimes, but in the original series, she was almost useless. She never helped out with Mami when her head was in danger of being CHOMPED away in episode 3, she worries herself trying to find a way to intervene a duel between her best friend Sayaka and Sayaka's rival-soon-to-be-turned ally Kyoko, causing Homura to say "Fine, I'll do it myself.". Madoka then "helps" Sayaka in another duel with Kyoko, by THROWING HER SOUL GEM INTO A RIVER. That inadvertently nearly causes Kyoko to permanently put Sayaka out of commission (which means killing her) by attempting dropping Sayaka's unconscious body into water, drowning the poor sap, if it weren't for Homura rescuing the runaway Soul Gem. All this could've been avoided if Madoka would've just LISTENED TO KYUBEY AND SIGNED HIS MAGICAL GIRL CONTRACT, THUS ALLOWING HER TO GET INVOLVED IN THE ACTION! It's quite similar to Megamind and his dehydration gun, for crying out loud! And when she does sign the contract, it's already the final episode of the series! It sure was exciting to actually see Madoka actually being useful in Rebellion and the tie-in anime for MagiReco.

I don't know too much about him but I do recall listening to one of the songs he mixed "Win the Race". I probably should check out more of his content since I did enjoy that song.

I love his videos (my favorite is "Win the Race.") I like the idea of Robotnik being Tails's adoptive father, I love the "mice" running gag, and his mouse PFP is so cute.

This looks pretty good. I am concerned that the aesthetics borrow a little too much from Animal Crossing, especially when the characters emote at 0:11 and 0:19. But other than that, this looks like a very creative game. The character designs are pretty good. It looks like there will be a wide variety of species featured, and I love that there are mammals like sabertooths along with the dinos.

Also, this may be a stretch, but I think it would be kind of cool if this game got some sort of official crossover with Zniw Adventure. I kind of want to see Zniw in this style. 😅

Thoughts on the recently announced Amber Isle?

Dinosaur Crossing is the game I never knew I needed lol. I like how there seems to be an uptick in games featuring cute dinosaur characters lately between this game, Paleo Pines, and Zniw Adventure.

For funny scenes, I'm definitely with you there regarding Stitch's fight with Jumba. For the emotional ones, definitely the ending.

Electrical manipulation could be much more versatile beyond just electrocuting people to death. Consider that welding and plasma cutting both use electric arcs to ignite gasses into extreme temperatures. Running electricity through certain metals can create a magnetic field, itself having many different applications. Rather than simply short-circuiting computers, one can, with enough finesse, precisely alter the the electric currents that flow through chips, effectively hacking it from the hardware level. You know what else runs on electric impulses? Human brains.

Supposedly A Certain Scientific Railgun plays with this power in creative ways. I should check it out some times.

Hard to choose just one but one of my top favs I'd say is Crapsaccharine World since I love an amount of darkness hidden underneath a land of sweetness.
