If it matters, with the current picture the caption is correct; the alligator is attacking a wedding rather than some sort of public festival.

I think the current would make a somewhat better illustration for Attack of the Town Festival. Alternatives should be relatively easy to find. Lion King 2◊, Peter Pan◊.
