Mention a random quirk about your character

Perfect Void, despite being a single organism, can break off pieces of itself to create others of its kind. The original Void and its copy share a mind, and the copy will cease to exist when the original is done using it.

Solar Sentry percieves another world, but can manipulate ours. The other world is near identical to our own, but has been engulfed by copies of the above Perfect Void. Because of this, it is hyperaggressive towards most organisms in our world and seeks to cleanse them of the Void. Those it affects are unaware of its motives and perceive it as nothing but a god driven mad by its task.

Soulburst and its species are capable of stealing other entities’ bodies and controlling them in any way they see fit. Though most members of the species are benign, Soulburst itself was corrupted by a fragment of Perfect Void during a failed possession attempt. Both Soulburst and the Void now inhabit the same organism, a six-tentacled sphere surrounded by darkness. Neither is capable of rational thought at this point, and the fusion of both entities grants them power far beyond their control. Though the fragment would normally disappear, its newfound abilities allowed it to separate from Perfect Void entirely and flee to another dimension. This dimension, the one that Solar Sentry perceives, has since been conquered by Soulburst. It has not been seen in our world for several millennia, and was named “Soulless Void” by the inhabitants of the other world before they were all killed and corrupted.

H2O (tentative name) is made entirely of sentient water. His kind are sentient liquid alien Planet Looters that extract liquids from planets, and he's one of the very few who really doesn't want them to do it to Earth since he likes the place after a few days as an infiltrator.

Mayatans have two sets of vocal cords in their voicebox. When in agony, they instinctively scream in binaural beats, coupling it with an Emotion Bomb of fear. After hearing a rumor about a certain Pokemon town, Mayatans in the Web of Friendship have started calling any pair of tones that resonate against each other to produce binaural beats Lavender Tones as an in-joke.

Alice Winters and Roshni Shirazi both stubbornly refuse to get Simulacra accounts because they're both justifiably freaked out by its ability to collect dangerous amounts of data from even casual Simulacra users. This is how Roshni earned her Worthy Opponent status from Alice; Alice doesn't actually know Roshni's identity, but having had her agents comb the Simulacra for information on users matching the sparse profile Alice had managed to glean, she has concluded only that her mysterious rival must be a non-Simulacra user. Therefore, in one way, Roshni thinks like Alice — which is virtually the only thing a person as self-centered as Alice is capable of respecting.

Brynn tends to cock her head when she's listening to someone speaking.

The Alternate Killer Frost I roleplay in Justice Avengers (and may possibly develop an entire alternate universe for) has been living out of her car for about three years.

Alexa Wilde has several villain scenes from movies memorized and can quote alongside them.

Phobia has a huge hole in her upper torso, and is thus missing her lungs and heart and possibly several other important organs. Despite this she can survive just fine, although she doesn't need to breathe, drink, or eat regular food, thanks to being a Humanoid Abomination.

In the middle of that hole is something that is so horrifying that it can faint or even kill anybody who looks at it. This along with that hole is the reason why she always tends to wear a good amount of clothing on her chest area, since she doesn't want to accidentally kill people or freak them out.

For a prank, Mequoql taught the dragonhorses how to fake a sneeze on cue, then made a Faux Flame when they did it to make it look like a Sneeze of Doom from Power Incontinence. The prank flopped because she made the mistake of debuting it in a mixed group that happened to include natives of a volcanic Death World, who had Super-Reflexes and could immediately tell the thermal difference between flame and Faux Flame. When they didn't spook, nobody else spooked.

'Thassilae is afraid of water because she fell in a garden pond when she was five. She hadn't learned how to swim, mostly because her swimming instructors were operating under the assumption that she was hydrokinetic like the rest of her family. Her near-drowning experience ensured that she never completed the lessons.

Farrah discovered she was gay when she was eleven. The Queen of Tzatzalca once came to visit her parents, wearing a skintight outfit. That was all she needed to see.

Arnora has an extensive knowledge of the various mushrooms native to Hromstgard, both edible and poisonous. Her mother had been writing the first definitive guide to these mushrooms when she died, ironically from one of the very mushrooms she was studying (she was shot in the arm by a Fae arrow that had been covered in highly toxic White Skullcap).

Selena's position as Queen of Faerie isn't just hereditary. The mantle of Queen will remain in her for as long as the majority of Fae believe she deserves it, and if enough of them stop, the mantle will automatically pass to someone else. Who that someone else is depends on a number of factors, including why they lost faith in her, whether enough of them believe a single other person deserves it, and the phases of the moon.

Ozurr would be gay if Arnora was a man.

Anxiety is Phobia's little sister and she has an odd ability to see via things that look like eyes on everyday objects, as well as an ability to animate things that look like faces on inanimate objects. Basically Pareidolia as a power of sorts. Like Phobia, Anxiety is also a Humanoid Abomination who is half human, half personification of fear itself.

Anxiety is also a cute little baby (2-3 months old) at the current time of the story.

Vance is the only character aware that he's a fictional character. He has a Heroic B So D moment when he realizes it. I've got a squad of seven, and the other six have no idea, even though he tries to tell them. He's also got ADD, and can construct elaborate Goldberg machines, but put him in a classroom and he doesn't care at all.

Not sure if this counts as a quirk but Gabriel always keeps weird stuff in his coat, one time he had a Mogwai-like creature in there for a whole day

Vergil, a 7 foot mercenary sniper, has a pet dog named Pew Pew. Why is that dog named Pew Pew? Well the answer is that Vergil didn't name Pew Pew himself.

Vergil is an illiterate mute, so the one way he can communicate is through whistles and hums. He gives everyone he personally knows their own set of whistles and hums, to signify them, and Pew Pew's happens to be two sharp whistle blasts. This actually sounds like "Phew Phew", but since Pew Pew happens to be a bloodthirsty, hyperactive fluffy chihuahua, people ended up calling him, "Pew Pew" which is onomatopoeia for the sound that a gun makes.

Bonus: Vergil's fellow mercenaries are scared of Pew Pew more than Vergil himself, often joking than the dog must have a higher kill count than Vergil. The second most popular joke is that Pew Pew is actually the owner in their relationship.

Florida, a 16 year old Pokemon Trainer, used to be obsessed with celebrities. That trait has moved on to her Servine.

Mondial, an antagonistic robot who can decimate an entire planet in a single day, has a soft spot for knitting.

Silver adores art, and even fangirls over a very obscure street-artist from a city she doesn't live in, but can't make art to save her life.

Arilay used to sleep as a normal human, but a Noodle Incident necessitated her becoming a cyborg in a life-support suit. One of the side effects of the biological brain damage sustained in the Incident is she now has REM Behavior Disorder severe enough to necessitate adding specific mechanical neurons to the interface between her biological brain and her computer brain for safety, so she can't do things like accidentally turn off a spaceship's life support system if she falls asleep while plugged into the spaceship. The safety features on her computer brain eventually became sophisticated enough to turn her REM Behavior Disorder into something marginally useful, e.g. if she falls asleep while piloting a spaceship and enemies show up while she's dreaming, her computer brain can feed what's happening into her dream and make her sleep-fight while her wide-awake crew go to battle stations (for backup effectiveness) and do whatever repairs they can get away with doing in the heat of battle. It's still marginally disorienting for her to wake up and say something like "I dreamed we were attacked by [insert enemy here]" only to hear her passengers unanimously say "That Was Not a Dream".

Lullaby, a cat spirit tasked with protecting children's dreams, will sometimes appear in the real world as an ordinary cat. When doing so, her meow sounds more like a squeak and she will bounce a bit when she walks.

Ella-Maria has trouble falling asleep in conventional human beds, no matter how luxuriously comfortable they are. She tosses and turns until she falls asleep in whatever half-contorted vaguely fetal position on her side she happens to be in once she exhausts herself, then wakes up in the morning stiff, sore and groggy with the pillow(s) all dented and squashed out of shape from the firmness of her grip. Fortunately for her, the Web of Friendship spaceships have dormitories with unconventional bedrooms that have Artificial Gravity adjustable independently from the rest of the ship. Ella-Maria has customized one dormitory bedroom per spaceship with hollow-tube blankets wrapped around a huge padded cylinder with a face-hole that has short tethers anchoring each end to either the floor and ceiling or to opposite walls. That way she can set the room to zero gravity, slip between the blankets and the cylinder, put her face in the hole, wrap her limbs around the cylinder, and rest assured that between her grasp reflex and the snug blankets, she's anchored there.

Autumn's favorite food is beef tacos topped with mashed potatoes. She eats them so often that the servers at the local Mexican restaurant know her order just from seeing her.
