• Name: Jango Jackalclaw

• Class: Bard

• Age/Race/Gender: 25/Elf/Male

• Appearance: Stands at 5'10, he has shaggy green hair that reaches down to the back of h is neck, green eyes with a scar on the right eye-it's not blind, he can still see with it, tan skin, and his hair tends to cover his pointed ears unless he goes out of his way to uncover it. He wears a black and white jacket with a green t-shirt underneath, beige pants, and brown boots. He has a black tophat that rests atop his head.

• Personality: He's a very comedic character, one could describe him as popping right out of a comic strip. He's chaotic, snarky, and revels in jokes-both his own and others, funny or not(and by the Gods, are his jokes not funny). While far from evil, he's not exactly a 'Good' Person, making him a Chaotic Neutral person, doing whatever he wishes to do purely for his own reasons(the reason being whether or not it'll be fun/funny or not).

• Backstory: Never ask him this directly, as he'll change it every time you ask. Jango was born into a family of Wizards, where it is a tradition to go to a prestige Magical School and become a full-fledged Master of the Black Arts. The problem? Jango has absolutely no talent for Black Magic. So his family planned on just grooming him to be a member of Elven Society and use him to marry off to another Elf of another family. But that didn't sit well with Jango, so he packed up his things and ran off at a young age and joined a traveling cirque. He got his Tophat from his old mentor, who taught him how to play his guitar.

• Starting Items:
  • Black Rose, the 'Enchanted' Guitar: His guitar, of which he's never seen too far without. It's not enchanted by any means, there's nothing special about it except for the red coloring and black rose painted on it. It might make for an impromptu weapon.

  • God Orgoth's Diamond Sword: It's a basic Bronze Sword. There's nothing special about it, though he claims it can cut Meteors in half. Spoiler: It Can't.

  • 2 Eithers, 1 Poiton

  • Guitar Maintenance Equipment

  • Bag of Holding

  • Tophat : It doesn't do anything, it's just an accessory.

• Trivia: Unless you say otherwise, expect Fourth Wall Jokes and Memes. Puns are also something that will happen.

Name: Adrian Kjalhem

Class: Engineer

Age/Race/Gender: 21, Shade, Male

Appearance: He is of average height and weight. He wears a black hoodie, striped pants, and tie-less shoes. He has what appears to be spiked hair visible, and blue lights for his eyes. His claws are often covered by leather gloves. His face has sharp edges, and small facial features.

Personality: Adrian is, needless to say as an Engineer, intelligent. While he believes the world is naturally shitty, he is still otherwise optimistic about it. Woe to those who do anything stupid in front of him. He enjoys using a device to emulate the feel and taste of various foods and drinks

Backstory: A young shade of an upper-middle class, happy upbringing who has always had a knack for machinery and magitech, Adrian doesn't really have much of a history. He is just a usual renegade college student, and has occasionally gotten involved in activist activity. Again, he doesn't have much of a history - nothing really important has happened to him up to this point. His life was pretty relaxed - his upbringing was quite cushion-y, so he hasn't been in many dangerous situations.

Starting Items: His Turret and Shotgun.

A cell phone.

A laptop.

For some reason, a device allowing his bodiless form to emulate the taste of various foods, mostly different brands of soft drink.

• Name: Guan Yu
• Class: Fighter
• Age/Race/Gender: 63/Human/Male
• Appearance: Behold my peerless body! This is the testament of my experience, youngsters!
• Personality: Yu is an old man, and he won't hesitate to point this, often calling his companies with derogatory nicknames like "youngster" or "pup". He is an old soldier, and thus, carries a pragmatic mindset and cold attitude towards the concept of death. He finds bloodshed to be disgusting, but still sees it as the only way to restore eventual peace. His sense of humor is rather grim. Wants to pass his swordsmanship to someone worthy. Also, has a very high chance of ending up dead.
• History: He is a veteran renowned for his unmatchable swordsmanship through the whole country. Born into a noble, but poor household as the seventh son, he rose from a regular solider to the position of the commanding officer, much to the chagrin of his superiors. He was rumored to be killed in action, but in truth, he simply deserted to become a regular farmer. However, this life was not for him. Thus, he wanted to feel alive one last time, while searching for an apprentice, who will carry his legacy onwards.
• Items:
  • Oriental Blade. His sword has an unique curved shape, and made to be lighter than ordinary weapons, which adds some speed at the cost of durability and defense. Yu uses two-armed style of swordsmanship.
  • Samurai Talisman. It was said that such amulets are made to scare away demons and spirits. On practice, it provides minor defense against elemental magic.

  • Bag of Holding
  • Bronze Armor. Basic armor for warriors. Provides minor defense.

Ah. What problems do you have with my character?

Not too many the second time around. Still looking over it with a fine brush to make sure, but so far the only issue is "Formless body". Shades have perfectly solid forms, they just look pitch black with glowing eyes.

Probably my fault for not properly explaining.

Here comes the Omnicidal Maniac arsonist Black Mage!

• Name: Alison Fowler

• Class: Black Mage

• Age/Race/Gender: 25/Human/Female.

• Appearance: "The use of magic is a force that I should be feared for.◊

• Personality: Alison is haughty, and yet also insidiously charming when she needs to get her way. She firmly believes in magic to cause destruction. To quote "Fire is the answer to everything when used in sufficient quantities. The same applies with magic." In her mind, unlike using mundane weapons, magic is inherently artistic. Do you kill with fire, freezing, lightning, crushing or fire? Do you do it subtly or in a massive display of power? She'll cheat, backstab and lie to accomplish becoming a rightfully feared wizard able to rain down death and destruction on those who even hope to stand up against her or not bow to her might. If this means going through with some 'heroes', so be it. Besides, there's always a few 'companions' (read: test subjects) that might 'accidentally' get caught up in the 'crossfire' (read: testing of effects of magical injuries), so who was she to complain? Power, money, and no shortage of enemies and 'volunteers' to practice on. The world would burn in the beautiful embrace of artistic arcane destruction, and they would worship her in fear for it.

• Backstory: Alison has had a hard life. Orphaned at the age of 3 in some backwater town, tossed out onto the streets for 'looking weird/evil' and setting several pieces of furniture on fire, and left to fend for herself, she found solace in the library...after dark, having broken in and while reading by muted candlelight. Alison and books had always had a very one sided affair. They gave her knowledge, she didn't toss them against the wall in boredom or set them on fire to keep warm at night. And thus she came across a tome of Black Magic, and the power within enticed her, providing her a means to get back at the world, to gain power for herself and to teach all those 'unappreciative bootlickers' a lesson in true destruction of someone's life. To start, she would need some supplies, and there were some books that she had filched that were no longer needed...

• Starting Items:
  • Wooden Rod: Many an idiot's head has met the business end of this rod.

  • Cotton Robe: Simple, practical, and stylish.

  • Suede Shoes: Do not step on if you value any part of your body

Should I list some of the things my character can summon or should I just make them up?

Summoning is specifically a upgraded class. Hence why none of them have any descriptions.

So I'd suggest avoiding summonining until the class upgrade.

• Name: Ridila Chertcrusher
• Class: Guard
• Age: 38
• Race: Dwarf
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: From her training days.◊
• Personality: When doing her job, Ridila has a no-nonsense attitude, focused on protecting her city with an almost unnatural passion. Off the job, however, she is much more easygoing. Friendly and aggressively supportive of her friends, Redila works hard to bring the best out of all around her, even if that means dragging them away from the comfort of their homes for a new experience. She will also go out of her way to prank a friend, and with her knowledge of the city of Lexicon, she can play the long-game.
  • Enjoys reading up on historical battles in her spare time. Huge nerd in secret, but outwardly super tough. Really wishes she could apply her knowledge of tactics to stop aggression, but knows her youth in comparison to leaders means she won't be heard.
• Backstory: Born in Lexicon to two busy parents, Ridila loved her city. Everyone important seemed to be there, and everything interesting was happening there. Her mother was involved with governing the city, while her father was a tactician for the guards. Ridila took to both, but decided the best way she could help her city was defend it herself. After all, if you want a good job done, do it yourself, right? Thus, she's been proving herself and her skills since 18, hoping one day to be captain of the guard, or even more.
• Starting Items:
  • Her trusty bayonet, well worn.
  • Her mother's revolver, from a more...unknown time. Quite well kept.
  • Her father's shortsword, used for when stabbing with a bayonet doesn't work that well.
  • Scale-mail armor, for dealing with daggers. She knows it doesn't help with maces, but who uses those, right?
  • A blue pendent she keeps underneath her armor. Been in her family for...well, her parents don't remember. It's pretty though.
  • Two (2) Potions and One (1) Antidote. Redila is so done with random spider bites.
• Trivia/Notes: I feel like the pendent is enough.
