"Just Got Paid" has a great riff to it... Probably why lots of bands on the heavier end of the spectrum seem to cover it: Aside from the original, I'm familiar with versions by a Progressive Metal band (Mastodon), an Industrial Metal band (Ministry), and a Noise Rock band (Rapeman).

Well, One of my favorites was Sharp Dressed Man, Jailhouse Rock (Originally sung by Elvis), La Grange, and many other songs by ZZ Top.
