My vote's to leave this without a pic, and put the current's caption on the new pic on Driven to Suicide.
My complaint is that the R+J pic was placed on Driven to Suicide although Septi stated that medium-specific images should not appear on main for subpaged tropes.
I see two options to avoid this:
- Placing the image on the Films subpage (it's a shot from a 1968 movie)
- Moving the image from Driven to Suicide to Downer Ending as an upgrade.
I vote for 2.
How about changing the current to another Shakespeare play, considering they're all Spoilers Off? Fortinbras finding the royal family dead or dying◊.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The problem with this pic, and the current for that matter, is that it isn't obvious this is an ending, and not some other dramatic moment.
Couldn't the same be said about any other Ending Tropes, though?
^^ That's not something that's unambiguously clear with any ending trope unless it uses some version of "The End". I think we can allow some leeway for that kind of narrative context, because it's not something that can ordinarily be captured with an image.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Bump. Other thoughts or suggestions?
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The 4.1 picture really doesn't do it for me, as I can barely tell what's going on.
Agreed.
Now there's a thought.Oh, right. Definitely fits well there.

^^^ Looks like a higher quality version though; I would support replacing it.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Yup, that's a quality swap waiting to happen.
Is this◊ Hamlet example clearer?
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Looks good.
It has a "finality" to it, I'll admit. Waiting to see what it'll look like at Wiki size, though.
That's pretty good, but like StFan, I want to see it at wiki size before giving a definite yea.

15:
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
15 is alright.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Sure, I guess.
Check out my fanfiction!Yeah, that's not bad.
Better than nowt.
(Annoyed grunt)I think that's 8 yeas and 1 "maybe" for Hamlet 2. Call this?
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
Since the new image was put on Driven to Suicide, I realized that the one on Downer Ending is very close. Not quite the same (it's B&W for starter), but clearly the same theatrical play.
I would say we keep the new one on Driven to Suicide since it just got voted in, and find a replacement for Downer Ending.
I don't have much to suggest, though; since page might be better off imageless. I can suggest this word-heavy◊ example, or one frame from this animated gif◊, if it doesn't count as Image Macro...
