This is Plague Knight, a boss from the Shovel Knight series. He is one of the members of the Order of No Quarter, and an alchemist with an affinity for explosions. He is also the main protagonist of the Plague of Shadows campaign, which shows that he has his own agenda, as he wants to collect the essences of the game's other bosses and use them to create a potion that will grant his wishes.
