The possible conduits in the Infamous Verse.

Hello, been looking at an RPG, and it got me thinking about the kinds of conduits there could be.

From what we've seen so far there's one for...

Electricity(Common power) Smoke(Interesting interpretation of Pyrokinesis) Neon(Never seen anything like that before) And Video(Video games are real? Pretty neat) Along with some other interesting conduits, like Paper or Concrete, there's a pretty large amount of powers in this world.

Now, a conduit I've been thinking of, and how'd his powers would work, would be a Black Light Conduit.

Now the way black light works, it's mostly invisible except for in the dark, where it glows purple and makes other colors stand out. I'd feel he'd have a form of invisibility that works in light, but makes him stand out in shadow. I don't know what other powers he'd have, but I thought it'd be cool to hear what conduits powers you thought of. So, thoughts?

The Infamous 'verse works off the Rule of Cool and PvE balance, so you can make up whatever you want. Not even Cole MacGrath's powers from the first game made sense outside of Artistic License – Physics, like the Slow Electricity basic attack.

There's a pretty awesome black-light painting level in Psychonauts that might provide some inspiration. Maybe black-Light powers could be used as an explanation for Aura Vision of targets who don't know they've been tagged with a UV pen, or leaving messages in plain sight via touch-controls, etc.

I'd love to see a main character Conduit with with Water powers and Super Not-Drowning Skills. The villain route could have a power that sucked all the water out of enemies turning them into dust, while the heroic route would probably have some sort of healing or purification powers. Mist could be used to conceal a path, though some enemies could pierce it with IR cameras, and Sun Wukong-style cloud-riding would be an awesome high-level unlock.

I imagined a crystal ability very similar to Conduits before I heard of and played the games. It works a lot like concrete and glass, and you could make any bladed weapon you wanted wit it, but the catch is that it has to come out from your body, like Wolverine's claws.
