Cho, thanks for the offer but I'm not that hungry for a promotion just yet" the prince said as he chuckled, he moved inside the tent and inspected the area. "So no one forced their way in here, huh? That must mean they tapped into it from afar, have you guys made any progress inspecting the network here?"
Johann walked towards their specialists to take a closer look at what they were doing and what machines were tampered with, looking for the signs to see how Sanction infiltrated them and perhaps, if possible, search for traces back to them.

Azure nodded. "Clear as day." She suddenly, paused. "Hey, stand still." A moment later, she jumped, standing on his shoulders, before using him to jump off, drawing her sword as she let out a battlecry, launching herself in the direction of the disturbance.
She quicklyfiddled with her helmet, giving her back her sight so she could actually aim for the men dragging off the young man.She went for one grabbing the young man's arm, attempting to slam the back of her lance's hilt on the back of his head.

Cerise flashed a usual insincere grin and started pacing, like on a stage, or as if getting ready to make a move.
"Erin's part of something now people like you, me and Merry can't normally touch. She shines." Cerise looked up at the stage. "...And we're filthy. So even if he makes it, I don't think anything'll change."

Marvin was not one for military talk. He had decided that a long time ago when he listened in on his mother conversing with other high ranking officers in Vale, and now that he was sitting in a tent with military personnel he found it hard to focus on anything they were discussing, even if it was important and involved a friend of his.
As such, he found himself making his way back over to Scarlet after a time. Upon seeing that no one was going to answer her, he turned to her and shrugged, trying to give the best smile he could. "I couldn't tell ya, Red, though since they're mercenaries like you said, maybe someone hired them out to do it this way?" He chimed in.

Monday, Ventus 18, Fairgrounds, Unity Fest Concert
Cerise had a front row seat to Fiona losing her temper as she landed a perfect right cross upon the grinning Faunus' jaw. "Dammit, why do you always take their side!?" she screamed as she pushed forward, intent on getting to him.
Before Cerise could recover, Fiona's closest associates used their momentum to sweep her away, trying to put a gap between the pair. While behind them, one other Razorgrrl went flying from Duncan's blow. While that one landed safe upon a trampoline, more began to pile atop the young Highlander, intent on subduing him.
Especially seeing as more than a few had cheap belts and were trying to tie him down.
Gage couldn't hear Dia. And not that he was even paying attention. All his attention was fixed on the stage, shouting that one name over and over. Finally, his frustration got the better of him and he reared back to land a face-plate shattering kick.
The drones caught what James was attempting. And with automatic reflexes, with the hook's tip just barely shy of latching on, one of the humanoid robots caught it. His inventor's eyes locked into the blinking visual scanners of the thing and noticed that it flared an aggressive blue as an onboard generator began to channel a powerful electric shock through the chain.
As the music played, the swarm closed... And the beating began, robotic fists raised and crashing down onto Gage as they surrounded him.
As Azure and Cinnabar bungled their way towards the disturbance, the former's senses picked up traces of adrenal-sweat, stark against the autumn air. She also heard the hammering of a hearts as the brawl continued, along with curses and even more anger.
Monday, Ventus 18, Fairgrounds, Central Comms Hubb and Assorted Nodes
Johann, and Yan by extension, watched as the techs' activities took on a discernable pattern. They were finally able to pick up three names among the team who were not present on the premises. There was a triumphant crow as they had finally also found that several of the signal and data connection devices had borne concealed bugs. "So that's how they did it," Lt. Cho mused as she took one in gloved hand almost dropping it as it began to pop and smoulder. Cursing, she bounced it in her hands in an attempt to keep it from hitting the ground.
As the techs and cops scrambled for the bugs, more of the terminals began to spark. A few of the P As and nodes all over the grounds were beginning to smoke and pop as well when one of the deputized techs closest to the pair received a data packet on his terminal. It contained the schematics and simulations of the comm code which had allowed Sanction's broadcast to invade so thoroughly.
From the prince's training, the only people who had access to this kind of technology were from the military. And only two in the world could cook up such devices.

Fairgrounds — Drone trouble
Well, things just got even worse. As Dia leapt towards the area... she knew that it was evident that Gage was... fixated on getting to the stage, and James had been trying to help him.
At this point, she was tied up in a pretty bad dilemma. Dia was brought up to be a good girl who followed the laws and such... and she knew that if she tried to break him out of this, she would be implicated as assisting disturbers... or even worse, attacking law enforcement.
But this was her own partner... and he was in trouble. Big trouble, thanks to... wanting to get onto the stage.
All she could do was shout in the hopes of getting to him, now that she was pretty close by. She gets Corona ready in case of a worst-case scenario, as a large crystal forms on its end like a spear.
"Gage! Why are you trying to do all this?! You're violating the the security... Why!?"
It also happened that Azure had started beating down on the drones too... and Dia did NOT want to get into that huge cluster**** at all.
It also didn't help that a drone had intercepted James' attempt to save Gage... Now James wasn't exactly breaking the law in her mind, just trying to help Gage get out of a bad situation. She didn't know her other teammates' motive yet, but... this was kind of enough.
With a spin of her staff, Miss Rayfer deftly moves around and concentrates before firing the tip of the extremely hard and sharp crystal at the drone that had intercepted James, in an attempt to stop it. She hopes that the other drones dogpiling Gage may not notice.
(I'm going to be in trouble for this, am I?)
She gets ready to dematerialize the crystal as soon as it got hit or intercepted. No part of her wanted to be implicated under the law.

AZURE TO THE RESCUE
Azure spun in mid-air, attempting to impale one of the drones with the lance. She did not hear the beat of a heart from its chest, so she decided to go for the quick kill strikes.She quickly reached forward, attempting to grab the young man by his hair and pull him out of the drone pile while she drew her rapier, her senses alert as the scent of fear hit her...There was trouble here indeed.
She felt something slice through the air near her,something was attacking her!

If there was a silver lining to the situation, it was that James was still on solid ground as he hadn't reeled in the chain yet which would've sent him on a collison course with the drone that'd intercepted the hook. ...That, and Sunset's generator kicking in as it detected the sudden surge of energy racing along the chain to charge up the weapon rather than give it's wielder one heck of a shock.
...now there's an possiblity...if I could increase the generator output, all this energy co- Hrm? Snapping out of his thoughts at the current situation giving him ideas for possible...additions to his weapon, James tried to focus on the situation and how to get out of it.
Although considering the circumstances, he didn't have much choice. Dropping the weapon and leaving it behind while getting out of there was unacceptable. Fighting back would just attract even more attention which was something he definitely didn't want...so negotiating and trying to figure out why Gage was being so...adamant to get to the stage and if that rowdy mob was after him did want a fight...delaying it for a little bit.
"L-Let me just...explain f-for a minute. Y-You know, before w-we go all crazy and t-try to solve t-things with...un-neccessary violence." James nervously spoke up as he reeled the chain while cautiously approaching those drones. "I was...trying t-to drag that...reckless...i-irresponsible...team-mate of mine away from t-the stage a bit...discreetly. S-Still...haven't quite worked out t-the flaws w-with the targetting..."
With Dia...being loud and speaking up, he shook his head in her direction. "I-I'm sure we'll find out s-soon enough, Dia. Just calm d-down."
...Really s-should take my own advice.

As the investigators received the data packet on the terminal and the realization hit Johann he inhaled deeply and exhaled as he pinched the temple of his nose. "Lt. Cho, I'll be back in a sec" The prince gestured for Yan to come with him and moved towards Marvin and Scarlet, he stared at the three of them as he scratched his hair, he looked around to make sure no one was really watching them before speaking in a voice as quiet as a whisper with the group.
"So, from what they found out, those guys have access to top military technology from Atlas and Mistral, they must have some heavy backing either from inside those militaries or from someone with a looooot of power and money. Regardless of how they got that technology, they're not some barking dogs with no bite, if they want, they may be a real damn threat"
Jo scratched his goatee and sighed. "Okay, before we decide how we go ourselves about this, do you guys think we should tell these people about that? I'm… Not sure I don't doubt they'll figure it out eventually, but I don't know if we should tell them now"

Scarlet twirled a strand of her hair. "I don't like this. Serious tech to pull this off and no real reason to annouced there intentions to the world unless they were hired to do it that or it was a distraction from something else they were doing. I think it might actually be the more positive option if they have a backer with major pull because at least then we might be able to counter their next move. And who do we even go to about this? The police probably aren't equipped to handle this. Do we just take it to Ozpin?"

"Oh," Morgan said. "Well, I'm not sure where Suzu is, but I've been hanging out with Cousin Azzie the past hour or so!"
Suddenly shock showed on her face. "Shoot! She's going after someone! Said something about smelling fear. We better help her!" Quickly, she put on her goggles before grabbing her leader by the arm and dragged her into the crowd, trying to keep an eye out for her blindfold-wearing childhood friend.

As the horde of razorgrrls began encroaching upon him, Duncan did his best to stave them off, throwing punches, kicks and headbutts in every direction. While his valiant efforts would no doubt take out a few of the razorgrrls, the numbers game simply became too much for the young Highlander to handle as he quickly found himself unable to fight back as his limbs were restrained.
Snarling as he tried to escape his bonds, Duncan growled "OH COME ON! CAN'T YOU FIGHT FAIR?"
