Opened...I'm nowhere near able to look at the suggestions right now, so anyone that can, feel free to chip in.
Not NSFW. Humans don't have penis bones, these don't either. No genitalia or anything visible on a skeleton.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanFunny and on topic, perhaps, but I'm not sure how much they illustrate.
Check out my fanfiction!Nothing. They are skeletons in sexually suggestive positions. If someone dies having sex, which is what the article is about, there would be a corpse lying there, not a skeleton standing.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Keep in mind that this and Out with a Bang are two totally different things.
Oh, sorry, that's not what the article is about. Similar argument, though: It is about having sex being a sign or even cause of impending doom. That's not skeletons gettin' it on, either.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I think the ads work okay. Death By Sex isn't about people dying during or directly because of sex, but that's not what the ads seem to be implying, either.
Clock is set.
Oh, damn, that name is misleading. I thought this was Out with a Bang. This trope is more like Death By Redemption. Still, the OP suggestion isn't good, and finding a good image won't be easy. BUPKIS.

Yeah, if Death By Sex meant death by sex, the original suggestions would be great. Since it doesn't, they'd only add to the confusion.
Maybe someone could check for misuse and see if this needs a TRS?

Ok, I found two very◊ funny advertisements◊ with the joke being that two lovers died mid-coitus without protection. I thought they might work as a page image for this trope, so I'm offering them up here for consideration. Specifically, I have no idea how the rules on NSFW images would apply in this case. Strictly speaking there's no nudity, but would it still be considered too vulgar?
