I think the last and third last side effects are about the same.

The current doesn't look all that psycho to me. Suggestion in the OP is better.

The current pic on Psycho Serum does a good job of depicting the effects but is, from what I can tell, entirely reliant on the caption to get across how it fits the trope. I came up with this in the thread for Metamorphosis...it gets the actual "serum" part across much more clearly and was agreed to be a better fit here than on Metamorphosis. Thoughts?
