Exactly What It Says on the Tin. What are things that you find very annoying in games that you normally like? A gameplay mechanic? A certain enemy? Technical aspects?

Super Smash Bros. 4:

Pokemon Rumble World:

  • The roulette wheel for where you'll land your balloon is like the Omnitrix. 9 times out of ten, it doesn't give you what you want, or in this case, take you where you want to go no matter when you press the button, forcing you to play in an area with Pokemon that you already have more than enough of when there's a Flareon, a Wailord, and Latios in the other areas.

Evasion in Pokémon. I can deal with Crits, Evasion is just BS.

I can see this getting locked for complaining, but here I go.

Civilians in Payday. I don't normally mind civilians in the normal game circumstances, but in Payday they're walking cop alarms that must be exterminated off the face of the earth.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: Getting that one Piece of Heart from that one character.

See, you have to donate 1000 Rupees to him. Not too bad so far, right? Ah, but you have to donate to him in increments of 30 or 50... and 30 is the default. So you have to talk to him at least 20 times if you don't ever mess up.

What makes it worse is that you also donate toward the cause of building a bridge from Hyrule Field (Eldin) to Castle Town, but the interface allows you to give exactly the amount you want, down to the Rupee, and the Goron you give to tells you how much is needed. ...They couldn't have used that interface with the other donation guy?! I don't mind giving 1000 Rupees for a Piece of Heart — I always have a bunch of insects for Agitha's ball by that point, and get hundreds of Rupees from that — but it's really irritating to give small amounts over and over. Imagine paying for a $1 item a nickel at a time (or a £1 item a fivepence at a time, or whatever). You wouldn't enjoy that, and neither would anyone else.

How — and when — do you tell a philosophy it's adopted? What do you do when it wants to meet its birth adherents?
